My favourite place to go for groceries. Sure, its a little bit pricier than the PriceRite (which is 5-10minutes away, by walking) but if youre a fan of organic, eating locally, or just looking to put better things on your table, this is the place to go. They have a wide selection of fruits, veggies, nuts and grains, as well as a cafe for coffee, tea, and other drinks. F.U.G. also has a small but respectably affordable selection of organic home care products and toiletries. My one request/quibble is their lack of variety in their meats. Once they figure out how to source a wider variety of meats, Ill never shop anywhere else for my groceries.

Nice place, hospitable service. The Wi-fi works well. A good spot to set up shop and work on any projects that you are focused on. They also have a piano available, which gives the place a unique edge

Super bulk section, lots of local produce, and fair trade. Find small batch local items you wont see anywhere else. Folks who run the coop are always ready to help.

This is a great grocery store/cafe, a must know location! Their vegan chili is delicious, they make a delicious power ball;just $1 (find out for yourself).
