Great selection, helpful staff! My dog LOVES going to shop at this store because he gets a lot of positive attention. They also carry, hands down, the best cat litter ever made. There is a pine and cedar mix litter that is EVERYTHING! I have had many comments on how I manage to keep the cat smell at bay with 4 cats. The trick is the Cedar in this litter. I have had both cats and dogs in the past with very specific food needs for illnesses and have been able to either get what I needed off the shelf or on order. I have visited several other locations and they are all pretty helpful as well, but this location is my favorite.

Staff is so helpful!! Looking for a new brand of dog food can make you feel a little lost at sea while you are reading the labels. Great recommendation, and now my dog wont eat anything else! Lol When they were out of her flavor they worked with me until they could get it back in stock. Prices were actually lower on the food than some of the other pet food stores. I highly recommend checking this place out!

The staff is always so nice. They go way out of their way to make sure you get everything you need and take it to your car for you. This company is always the cheapest and conveniently keep the price tags to show price per pound for items like food, so you can make sure youre getting the best deal with their sales. I go out of my way to shop with them now, dont even bother with other pet stores.

Organized, professional, product knowledgeable staff, and fully-stocked!!! I drove to this location the day I brought my pitbull home. I was recommended to talk to Chris (who so happens to have the same breed dog) and, with confidence, knew exactly what products to sell to me at a reasonable price. This location is BEYOND BETTER than the store on Skillman and Mockingbird.

Insane variety and selection, great! Every pet owners dream (especially dog owners). Loved the organization, the in-bulk dog treats, and the staff is extremely helpful and attentive (to you and your pet). My dog lives going with me, shes like a little kid in Disneyland! And her owner really appreciate the great prices and helpfulness of the staff.

I come here about once or twice a month. The store is kept extremely clean and the employees are very nice. The only thing that bugs me is that every time that I go to the store and ask about the spring collection for dogs I get told that they are still waiting on the order, since February.

Great sales and the staff is wonderful. We unknowingly stayed 45+ minutes late washing our dogs. Everyone was so nice and welcoming we had no idea they were closing. I will definitely keep shopping here.
