This is a fantastic pet store! They typically have everything I need or will even attempt to place an order for you if they are out. The store is always clean, the staff is excellent and welcomes you as soon as you enter but they do not hover around you while you shop. Ive found them to be cheaper than some of the larger pet chains in the area for most things but mainly I prefer Pet Supplies Plus because this store feels more personal than the others. Sign up for their emails and get coupons for the things you regularly buy!

I went to the store yesterday and there was so much excitement going on, it was just great. The employees are extremely informed about products and the location of them in the store, which is huge and spotless!! It was a pleasure to walk into the store. If you cant find what you need there, it is no longer available. Thanks for bringing this store to North Dallas.

Giving 4 stars because of not having two of my dogs favorite food brands. Would have given them 5 stars for customer service and friendliness. Always happy to help me out. They even have a self serve dog wash! These employees genuinely are some of the nicest Ive ever come across in Dallas. They rival Petsmart. Wish they had FreshPet brand and the Organix brand.

Good selection of cat food! Staff is always friendly and helpful and doesnt try to push brands on you because the company bought promo space like at some places. Natalie and several others have always provided knowledgeable feedback and information on quality of foods which helps immensely when you have a picky kitty!

In the days of amazon, wal mart and mega stores...these guys have the best selection of great food for your furry family. They take the time to help, with some really knowledgable employees. Prices are very competative as well

This is a great pet supply store with everything you need for just about any kind of pet and with friendly and knowledgeable staff! The prices are great too! Its pet friendly so you can bring your dog on its leash.
