I recently purchased a cat scratching post from this store. After taking it home, the first time my cat attempted to use it she pulled it right over. The pole is hollow, light, with a small base and maybe usable by kittens but apparently not a full grown cat. I immediately realized the problem and took it back to exchange for a heavier one. Pet Club has a no return policy for this item which is useless so I just left it at the store, out $17, was willing to spend more for a better scratching pole. I used to shop frequently at this location but now that I know this policy I will spend my $$ at other vendors that have better customer service policies in place. Update: Went to Pet Smart, they had a wood post, better product for $5 less and you can return it if not satisfied. Just better all around service.

Im editing my previous review as my opinion of this business has changed drastically. I had previously given five stars but am reducing it to just two. The reasons are as follows; This used to be a great place to go for a wide variety of hard to find pet food for both cats and dogs. Now their cat food selection is so limited its not even worth going for just cat food. Theres ONE aisle of cat food and supplies and the rest of the store, consisting of aisles and aisles, is all dog food or dog related products. They should change their name to "Dog Club," as it seems they no longer care to cater to cat owners and their companions needs at all. Its all gone to the dogs, literally.

By far this is the best natural pet good store I have been to! They have great selection of dog and cat good and their prices are really great. They have knowledgebale emoloyees who know what theyre talking about! I came in last week to find a food that would help my dog and his several food allergies and was pointed toward zignature! Sine my pup has been on the food his scratchin has stopped and doesnt have hot spots! I was greeted immediately and was asked if I needed any help with any thing another plus, great customer service and a smile.Thank you Mariah for the wonderful suggestion and thank you pet club got having such great emoloyees!

I read some of the other reviews and was skeptical, but my experience was great. They are across the street from my vet. Cashier was friendly and helpful with recommendations. The store is mostly geared to dogs, but they had a decent selection of the top 6-8 cat food brands including Tiki Cat snd Natural Selection. Dont come here looking for Friskies Target is across the parking lot if you want to feed your cat the equivalent of cheap lunch meat.

Great little natural pet food store. When we moved to wheatridge I was worried that I would have to continue driving all the way down to aurora for natural pet food selection.. They have a large variety of brands and the prices are decent - definitely check them out. Just dont be put off by their 1 shopping cart lol I think they are just new.

We stopped by while on a day trip to the mountains. We needed a thunder vest for one dog and anti anxiety chews for another. The store employee (I cannot remember her name) was extremely helpful and even let us try the vest on our dog before we bought it. Excellent store and we will make sure to go out of our way to come back

Great food and apparel... Mimze loves this stores! Employees are always so nice and helpful... I even had one go in the back and pull out the winter coat because we were going camping out of season... No matter how far away I move I will always drive to go to this location!

It would make sense to have a vet who actually LIKES animals administering the vaccination clinic, rather than an apathetic dick who wont even acknowledge that your dog has a name. I will never shop here based on this one awful experience.

I LOVE this place! Great selection of everything you need for your furry friends. You will find a lot of things here that you wont find at PetsMart. And their staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. You need to check it out!

This is a great little pet store. They have an awesome selection of healthy, natural pet foods, plus toys, accessories, beds, etc. The staff are friendly, and the prices often come in under the big chain pet stores.
