Ordinarily this is the best place to buy but the lady whos usually nice to me said something terribly obnoxious and shes a ghost yes I know you buy dog food and donated you said that that was not what I wanted to say I wanted to find out if I could still do my donation to PetSmart because it just bypassed it and she said Youre Something yes you already said that by it had nothing to do what I wanted to ask her so I think maybe Ill be buying my donations and given my donations on 1st and Wadsworth I spend $100 every time I come in there and all of a sudden she gets Snappy at me that was terribly rude any other time I would give you five stars but after todays little ordeal youll be lucky to get my business thanks

Absolutely wondeful. I love in Littleton and I stop by whenever Im a little farther north. Virginia and Eleanor were very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of advice on how to get my picky eater of a dog to eat and they helped me with some products to get my cat to quit clawing our furniture. My dog just ate all of his food without tipping it all over for the first time in months. Theyre not just employees, everyone Ive spoken to there owns animals and has some kind of experience and advice to give. Ive been to other petsmarts and been absolutely ignored. This is mine and my dogs favorite store.

Horrible customer service! I was there just before closing & the clerk took FOREVER chit chatting with a coworker who was checking out. Then after I checked out, I wanted to look at the cats they had for adoption, real quick but, the clerk kicked me out & said they were closed! Yeah, maybe if you hadnt been so busy with your coworker, I wouldnt have been there when you closed! I work in retail & we would never kick a customer out of the store!

Their canary was obviously having trouble breathing. I was ignored by the person working the fish department, then when I asked to get a fish the lady asked me what kind of fish I had and how big my tank is. When I told her she refused to sell me a fish. The fish would have been perfectly fine, Ive been keeping fish for a very long time. They are poorly educated and obviously dont care about the animals health by the looks of the poor canary.

I enjoy their grooming department. They do a good job, especially for the young jumpy puppy that we have. Our dog has never had a bad experience, and the people that work there are friendly and accommodating. Weve gone to other private or small salon groomers that are more expensive and do the same quality of work. Weve gotten our dog groomed there at least 5 times and will continue to go back.

Do not trust their grooming department!!! The severely cut my dogs quip. Dogs can end up with an infection and die from that. I should know my mothers best friends dog died from exactly that. They show no empathy. No concern. Highly suggest against going to atleast this Petsmart for grooming.

Take our dogs here for grooming and they always do a great job. Our pups get excited when they know were on our way to have them cleaned up! We went through the puppy training here to and it was great. Staff is great.
