Very poor service, I boarded my dogs (2 of them) for 10 days. I scheduled both dogs to be groomed the day I was picking them up. I paid $94.00 for a labradoodle groom($72.00 + $22.00 for top dog grooming package). I paid $77.00 for my cockapoo ($55.00+$22.00 for the top dog grooming package). I called on Friday, the day I was to pick them up to see if they were done grooming. The pet hotel clerk said they were groomed 4 days earlier on Tuesday. When I asked why she said "yeah we thought that was weird." I requested a certain groomer and scheduled a 12:00pm appointment for my labradoodle for the Friday I was picking up.I did not get the groomer I requested and my labradoodle got a very poor $94.00 groom. Both of my dogs smelled bad on pickup and need a bath. The kennel staff pointed the finger at grooming and no one took responsibility. I even stopped the store manager in the aisle and stated how unhappy I was, my bill for my two dogs totaled $778.92 for their stay. I did not feel satisfied, my dogs smell and need a bath. I feel they should have offered an exit bath for their mistake. I now need to take them and pay for two baths. I boarded them in March for 10 days also and the grooming was screwed up. I requested baths and grooming for each dog. When I picked up the dogs only one dog was groomed. I inquired about it and they said we didnt know what to do. My phone number is on my kennel paperwork they could have contacted me. No one seems to care. I ordered snack Kongs for both dogs that totaled $44.00 per dog. As I was checking in hotel attendant said Ill put your cockapoo down for the pumpkin kong for an upset stomach. I said my dog does not have an upset stomach, I would like the regular snack kong for her. As Im checking out I see I am charged $44.00 for the pumpkin kong l said I didnt want. I mentioned to the clerk checking me out who didnt care. If you want mediocre care and grooming and a staff that doesnt care enough to follow up or make sure the customer is satisfied then Petsmart Boulder is the place.

I am VERY angry with this place. recently here in boulder and Longmont there were some serious floods. I couldnt get to my regular pet store so i tried here for a change. I needed two things. crickets for my lizard and tarantula... and a live mouse for my ball python. Sounds simple, right? nope. The crickets were really really small and i paid for large crickets... the small ones wouldnt be a meal for any animal i can think of in its adult form. What made me the most mad is that they wouldnt sell me a mouse. They had them there, but it is their stores policy not to sell live mice for feeders. Fine... I get that... even though maybe then they shouldnt sell SNAKES as pets there either. My snake WILL NOT eat dead food. its unnatural and frankly, the mouse still dies whether or not it is frozen. So here I am with a hungry snake in a national emergency and they are telling me too bad. MY PET HAS TO GO HUNGRY BECAUSE YOU CARE ABOUT HOW HUMANE IT IS TO KILL A MOUSE. A MOUSE. vermin. low on the food chain. mice are not pets they are food. PERIOD. I hate this place forever now.

I checked the store website to check when the groomers closed at night. They said they closed at 9 pm, that was wonderful news! I really wanted to get both my dogs nails clipped and they took walk ins. I hopped in the car with my seven year old dog and my 12 week old puppy. That in itself was a challenge. I got to the store at 7 pm, and walked into the grooming station. The lights were dark, which was odd. The sign on the door said that they were open until 9 pm, but no one was there. One of the employees said that when they dont have appointments and no longer have any dogs they close the grooming center. Online did not mention that, and it was strange that they would close two hours before said they would. I had to round up the pups and take them home without getting their nails clipped. It was quite the hassle for an empty trip.

The employees here are always very personable & friendly beyond what is expected out of a pet store chain. I always see people who work there playing with the cats up for adoption and demonstrating nothing but genuine love for animals. Personally, I appreciate that they dont sell live mice for feeders. As a previous snake owner myself, I believe that instead of watching snakes feed on terrified live bait you should start them off with frozens from the start. Its domesticated for a reason. Also, Devon in the grooming department is better than ANY cat groomer Ive had in the 7 years Ive been de-matting my long haired cat. My cat is never stressed after a groom here as she was after every other private groomer in Denver I tried; now I drive her to Boulder just to see Devon!

I have been to plenty of PetSmarts over the years, and this experience really stood out to me. I unfortunately do not remember her name, but I went in 6/24 to get fish for my tank and the gal working in the fish department was so helpful in helping me pick the correct fish! I am a newbie to the fish tank world and she made suggestions to help prolong the life of my fish and showed a good, genuine interest and knowledge of the fish. PetSmart is a chain pet store, but this location has good, friendly sales associates who definitely love their job and know what they are talking about! update- I have been back to this location again and every associate I have interacted with is friendly and very helpful!

This review is based on the TagWorks tag machine at the store. I went to Petco first, but their F.ID.O tag making machine only allows something like 15 characters per line. I could not fit my name, address, and phone number on the tag, and it was more expensive than the TagWorks at PetSmart that did fit all my information. Plus there were more tag options available at PetSmart, and they include a protective film that helps preserve the text. Need a pet tag--go to PetSmart.

Well to say the least my cats were starving and they said a meeting is more important. I just was wanting to pick up food from the phone and the horrible voice said "go order online". Thats not cool with me as a pet owner. My boys needed food and she said the meeting mattered more. Hahahahah. Right. I wish I could give -4 stars

I went in 1/12 around 8pm to upgrade my fish tank. The guy working in the fish department was so helpful in explaining to me what I needed for what I wanted to do and suggesting fish and an aquarium in my budget. He was very personable, helpful, and so handsome! Thank you!

I used to love having my dog groomed here, but now Im sad to report the groomers are just young high school students now. My dog was terrified and the young guy didnt even get to groom him. I wont be going back after being a year long customer.
