We have shopped here for over ten years. The staff are amazing and friendly! Incredible customer service. It is the only pet store we patronize because the owners are genuinely passionate about animals and educating people about whats best for the health of their pets. They and their staff are infinitely knowledgeable about pet foods and health. They are all very friendly and helpful with any questions or issues you may be having with your pet. While the pet food industry regulates itself, I trust them above anyone else (they are considerably more knowledgeable about pet food than any vet Ive ever been to) to educate me about the healthiest options for my four dogs and cat. I love this store and the folks who work here!

Mouthfuls is quite simply the best pet store. They have a wide selection of high quality food options from dry to raw. The entire staff is as knowledgeable as a team of vets. Endless choices for toys, treats, and accessories. It may be a little more expensive but its worth every penny if you love your animals, because good diet equals healthy happy pets. - If you want to change your pets diet they have tons of samples - They have taken back open bags of food from us simply because our pets didnt like it - Great punch card system that allows buy 10 get 1 free on any of the foods in the store - Great natural solutions. See them before you start pumping your pets full of medicine

I like this pet store, it is on the expensive side but thats to be expected in a small store compared to a big box one. And also you are getting higher quality food. I had a kitty with a dietary problem the vets couldnt solve and one of the women there recommended a food which did the trick. I appreciate they are knowledgeable about their products and seem to take a real interest in their clients health. It may not appeal to folks just wanting to pick up some kitty litter, but if you are looking for a nice variety of food and treats that you dont have to read labels on, this is a great shop.

Mouthfuls is great. Wanting to switch my dog to a healthier food with less fillers I went here to get advice. I got great service and found everything they told me about different foods to be credible and informative. I even expressed concern not wanting to spend too much on food, they were super helpful in finding something that was about the same price as what I was buying at Petsmart. 6 months later my dogs coat is better, energy and behavior are too. This is a great place to buy anything and not have to worry you are feeding your dog junk.

Gotta love small locally owned pet stores. They have a HUGE selection of treats and chews that are good for my dog and that she loves! They always greet my pup by name and offer her a yummy treat. What is great is that they only sell high quality products, none of the artifical crap that big stores like Petco and Petsmart have. They have a pretty decent sized assortment of dog accessories like collars, leashes, sweaters and such. Not to mention it is in a great location on Tennyson so my dog and I can enjoy time hanging out in the area too!

This place is amazing. The owner is so friendly and dog knowledgeable (if thats even a real phrase) it makes you feel good inside. I even had a sample of one if his human grade dog treats made with blueberries. Tasty enough for a human, made for a dog. Or something to that effect. I dont think I will be going anywhere else for any of my pets needs. And he has cool animal art (as in artwork of animals, not pictures made by dipping puppy tails in paint. Which also sounds adorable.)

I was really impressed with the service in the store! When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the employee at the cashier desk. I wanted to get a large bag of Merrick Backcountry puppy food, but they didnt have the large bag in the store. They gave me a small bag to take home for free and ordered the large bag that I wanted to be ready for me the next day. Ill definitely be buying my food from Mouthfuls in the future!

Do not let the scare tactics and sales techniques disguised as "education" fool you, do your own research and you will find that most of this product or similar is available at just about any pet boutique or retail chain and without the condescending attitude from staff, glad I was only passing through and dont have to rely on this place like the locals.would not stop here or recommend .

My brother and I adore Mouthfuls! The staff are friendly,kind,and knowledgeable of all the products. This is definitely my new favorite pet store! The staff was so incredibly nice. The best part is that it was very genuine. They offer everything you need for your pet! They had treats. toys, food, clothes and even birthday cakes!! We were there for a meet-up and were assisted by Raul, he was very nice and helpful and offered his assistance when we needed it.

Just stopped by Mouthfuls, they are SO helpful. I probably spent close to 30 minutes asking one of the associates (Adam) about a raw food diet for my dog. He explained the different options so thoroughly and was very patient and eager to help!! He also gave me some additional educational resources. This store is great - thank you!!!

These guys are fantastic! My cat was terribly over weight and sluggish. I was debating on putting him on medication to help with his eating habits but the friends at mouthfuls helped me find the root to the problem. Fast forward a couple months and he has so much energy and has slimmed down quite a bit. I am forever thankful!

The employees at Mouthful are so friendly and helpful! I have taken both of my dogs here several times and it is definitely a positive experience for them and me. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about their products. It is a little more expensive than a pet store chain, but worth the extra money.

I have a picky and high-maintenance dog, and the staff here has always been super helpful in addressing my questions and making recommendations. Theyve even taken back food that didnt work out at no cost! This is the only place where we buy food, treats, and supplements for our dog.

One of the best pet supply stores I have ever been to. I have a dog and 2 cats and the owner or her knowledgable employees are always available to inform about their high quality goods. They routinely go above and beyond in the name of customer service-much appreciated!
