I was looking for special dog food that has Cranberries in it from a dog food store that takes Paypal, and was directed to Only Natural Pet Store. When I made my selections, and went to pay for it, the site kept saying error. I complained and no one answered me. Eventurally, I went elsewhere. I kept going back to the website because I had tried their dehydrated chicken & vegetable pattys and my dog couldnt wait for me to make em for him. He sat in the kitchen and waited for them to hydrate! he never did that before. So I had hoped I could get more directly from them. Instead, I had to send a check thru the mail. I dont even pay my bills that way. I checked before I sent the order, as to how long it takes to get the mail from my house to them, and the US postal service said it would take 2-days for a letter to get there. I waited, but after a week, I emailed them and they said they just got it and it would ship tomorrow. It took 21-days from my sending the order, to me getting the order delivered. Thats not good service. I tracked my order while I was waiting and do you know that it went to 3 fedex places in 3-days, all in Colorado?! Why??!!! Isnt one good enough? I dont know what to do, now. The medicine my dog desperately needed, is helping, once I finally got it. But he still has a leaking bladder issue. I was thinking of ordering the Bladder support, the one with the cranberrys in it, but Im leary of how long it will take to get here, and he needs food. I can shop at another pet store, and I do get it in 2-days. But I want my dog to have food he will eat. The other store is limited with the food selections and he wont eat what Ive ordered, but they are samples. He does like Nutro Natural Choice Food trays (chicken), but its not very good for him; it has Caramel coloring in it. If it needs coloring than there must be something bad in it they dont want us to see. I will order again, but I dont know when.

When I first found this place I fell in love. I went in for a harness for my small dog and ended up buying a few things. I spent about $50, $20 of which on the harness. I did not get a receipt. I take my new harness home and it is to small for my little dog. I guess even though she is a small with most harness brands these are all made for small dogs so the small is very small. No big deal! I still have the tag on it. Its a small business, Im sure they wouldnt mind me swapping it out for a new one. I mean it still has its tags and the people who helped me the day before were really nice. I go in to explain my situation, as Im talking to a girl at the counter and regrettably tell her i dont have a receipt but would really like to swap it out, a guy comes up and says "no receipt and we cant help you" and walks away.. I understand some places its policy, I get that. But with this situation it is crazy to me to not let me swap it out. Not only that. He doesnt explain why its an issue or even tries to hear me out. He just walks away. Was very rude. With whole pets literally across the street you would think they would go the extra mile for customer service. For now on Ill walk the 100 feet and skip a place that i feel doesnt care if I shop there or not.

Buyers beware, Only Natural Pet accepts returns for store credit ONLY. Not a problem if you are SURE your pets like what they have. However, when dealing with animals, this doesnt seem like a fair policy at all. How can you tell in advance if your animal will like something? I prefer to support local businesses but seriously, a bad choice here. Think about it, with only store credit offered, WHY would I spend more money online ordering other things without knowing if my animals will like any of your products, and waste more money on 2-way shipping charges because you only have a physical presence in Boulder?! After paying $24.50, $15.99 product, plus $7.91 shipping, to send one 4" bottle from Boulder to Denver, my cat completely rejected their turkey flavor, 1/2" hard as a rock, "chewable tablets" in any form and all methods tried. Laughable. For the return, it took several minutes on the phone to obtain a return authorization number, a trip to the post office, another $6.00+ shipping charge to mail it back, only for "store credit". Basically $30.00 and time wasted for a less than acceptable product and a largely unusable $16.00 "credit". No thank you.

People... Im telling you... If you need your Online purchase sent on time or quickly, you better shop someplace else...... I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping with FedEx and it took them 8 days just to give it to FedEx and when do they arrange for FedEx to pick up???? THURSDAY, right before a weekend when everyone knows FedEx doesnt deliver regular items on Saturday or Sunday. So lets add two more days delay on that item. They blamed it on a "New Computer System and not enough manpower at the warehouse" Did they have the courtesy to send me an E-mail letting me know the order was delayed?? NOOOOO why do that, I might have canceled my order and they would have lost money. So they kept their little secret, hoping the rest of us are stupid. OH theres more...Try looking up your "order status" on their web site... ooooops.. Its broken but their technicians are working on it... Apparently their technicians have been working on it for a week straight. Maybe its those guys they laid off from the warehouse working on it, rather than having them fill orders.... Maybe they just like to see our pets suffer????

I ordered a large bottle of Kronch Salmon oil from Only Natural Pets online store about a month ago. I received the bottle of Salmon Oil, but the bottle was missing the pump. I called the day I received the package to inform the customer service rep of my issue and was told they would ship a pump out to me right away. A week went by and no pump, so I called again to be told they would look into it and send me an email with the status. No e-mail ever came nor did my replacement pump. I decided to try and call yet again (a third time) to try and have this issue resolved. Upon my third attempt the woman informed me that this is not something they regularly have to deal with but would put in another order to send a pump out to me. Today (almost a month after my order) i came home to a package from Only Natural Pet with a replacement pump only to find out that it does not fit the bottle of oil I originally ordered!!! Needless to say I will never order from this store again, too much hassle for a simple bottle of Salmon Oil.

I love this store and so does my doxie. I have found some great solutions for his sensitive tummy. But the prices are up there. I so appreciate the natural remedies that are available and the selection of raw and natural diets for my 14 year old little guy. But priced some grapefruit seed extract and it was $17 and the same sized bottle at Vitamin Cottage was $8.00!! That is outrageous. So now if I see something I like at Natural Only I am sure to price it elsewhere to make sure Im not being taken advantage of because I love my dog. I really think that happens, and businesses capitalize on the fact that we love our animals and want to do all we can to give them the best and so they price things very high figuring well pay any price. Its a great store dont get me wrong but prices are sometimes out of line. Its worth shopping around.
