I wish I could give them zero stars. I made an appointment two days in advance to have my dog washed and brushed and added the top dog package. When I arrived at my 12:00 appointment, ten minutes early as requested to sign some papers, the lady gave me a dirty look like "What are you doing here?" I explained that I had made an appointment for 12:00 two days ago and then she rudely said, "Well Michelle (the groomer, I guess) wont be here till one." I asked what I should do with my dog now that I have an hour to kill and she said "Well, you can leave her here if you want to." Yes, so you can leave my dog unattended in a waiting cage for the next hour. I was going to do it too, until she gave me more attitude about why I was not in the computer system for my appointment. I asked her how she knew my dogs name if I wasnt in the system and she said it was on the paper they use for phone bookings and hadnt been transfered, but she acted like it was my fault that they didnt have it together! Then after watching her click around and be sulky (no joke, she was the rudest person I have ever met) for about 5 minutes she suddenly looks up and goes "What do you want?" in the rudest voice possible. I already explained to her once and once to the person on the phone what I wanted! I also looked around and it was a filthy mess in there. One dog that had just been groomed was on the floor resting in its own hair and was like that the entire 10 minutes I was there. There was some kind of cleaning going on in the back room because it was a very, very loud noise like a washing machine making all the dogs howl and bark and a dog that the lady whom I suppose cut the dogs hair that was laying in filth picked him up the weirdest way I have ever seen (no support) and he literally went ape-****. My dog sat down on my feet and began panting so, so hard because she was so anxious. I decided I could not leave my dog there and told her I did not feel comfortable leaving my dog with them. She didnt even offer an apology for wasting my time and being so rude. If you hate working with dogs and people so much why the hell would you ever work with them as your job? I will give my name and my dogs name too so you cant say this is a fake review. My name is Lauren Bancroft and my dog is Maggie (golden). You were so rude to me I bought my own furminator and grooming supplies and did a better job myself than you even attempted. If you cant be nice to me, why would I think that you would be nice to my dog? All I did was show up, on time, with my shot records for my grooming session and you treated me like crap. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, I AM WORRIED ABOUT THEIR ABILITY TO CARE FOR DOGS PROPERLY. ALSO, EXPECT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY FOR GIVING THEM BUSINESS.. THE GIRL AT THE DESK MADE IT CLEAR THEY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS AND THAT GROOMING DOGS AT THE GROOMING SALON IS JUST TOO MUCH WORK. I have been using petsmart for grooming since Maggie was a puppy (back in Florida) and they were always great, so maybe other petsmarts have good groomers who enjoy and take pride in their work, but not this place. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Incompetent. I only tried to use PetSmart because my pup needed a cut ASAP (its HOT out and her fur is so long) and every other groomer was booked like 3 weeks out. I made an appointment online for 6 pm. They close at 9 pm. The day of I get a call from the groomer asking if I can bring my dog in early (um, I have a job, theres a reason I booked the appointment at a time that was convenient for me.) I accommodated THEM and show up a 1/2 hour early. When I told them I wanted them to cut all of her hair, not just her eyes and toes, the groomer goes "Oh, NO NO NO I dont have time for that. I have this other dog in here". um, okay. I should have left right there, but I needed the hair out of her eyes. I asked how long it would take, and they said about 3 hours (what?) but okay so I left and planned my night for three hours. An hour later they call me and tell me shell be ready in 15 minutes. I asked for more time and they go "well as long as youre here by like 8", when they originally told me 8:30. I get there and they had only cut her toes [very short], and then basically shaved her nose. There was NO style or shape to what they had done, and she did not look attractive at all. She looked like a fluffy poodle. Id post a picture but I immediately cut around her head and mouth, myself, to even it out. Im so upset I even considered at Petsmart, where they have no regard for the customer. I should have found a reputable neighborhood groomer in the first place. Never again. I already made her fix-up appointment with someone more expensive. I know it will be worth it.

We signed our puppy up for puppy classes over the summer but had to demand a refund after we found out the class, and the store were substandard. For starters, the class was always being canceled for one reason or another and we were not notified that it was happening. On two occasion we scrambled to get our puppy to class just to find out it wasnt happening. The Manager, who has poor customer skills and little leadership skills, insisted we got a phone call-but we didnt. The classes we did get to attend always had some sort of sales pitch for their products. I wanted my dog trained, not a 30 minute lecture on how much better the Petsmart dog food is better than all the other brands. If my vet thinks that Petsmart food is better than the food they suggest then we will switch. Fat chance of my vet every thinking that. We decided to take our puppy out of class and asked for a refund. We had to jump through all sorts of hoops and eventually got our money back, though the manager who issued my refund was rude during the transaction. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE FOR TRAINING. And I dont suggest shopping here either:(

I took my fur baby in for a haircut. This was my first time at this location. I always pay an extra $11 for the express. So my baby could be out within an hour and that way she doesnt have to be put in a cage for 4 hours. Anyways I took her in at 3:30. I always stay there to wait . As I was waiting a lady was really brushing a dogs hair out so hard. I was so furious. I wouldnt want my dog being treated like that. She saw me looking at her. Then she took the dog to the back where I couldnt see her grooming him. My baby wasnt finished until 6. When she was finished we had to have the groomer fix her cause she didnt look good. After she tried fixing her. Her hair still looked bad. I will never take my baby there again. And I wouldnt feel safe for anyone to take theirs there without being supervised from a far. I was disgusted with the way they were treating the dogs. The employees in the store part are also very rude. I DO TAKE MY DOGS TO BANFIELD LOCATED IN THE STORE. AND THE DRS ARE AMAZING. THE RECEPTIONISTS THERE ARE VERY RUDE. BUT I DO CONTINUE TO TAKE THEM THERE BECAUSE THE DRS AND VET TECHS ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH.
