After being a loyal customer for 10+ years the new Manager Simone at Petsmart grooming salon did not care about my puppy or I. I booked an online appointmbt that included bath, nail grinding, teeth brush and furminator. It would have been between 60 to 80 dollars. I recieved a call from Simone saying she is not a bather just a groomer. She said that we will have to wait till 12:30 to comein as no one is available to do the job. What I did not know that my package included hair cut and my pup is a lab, she does not need a cut. I requested to speak with manager onsite i was told by Simone that she is the manager. I then asked if she was tge manager how come she did not know hiw to bathe a sog. Anyhow after all this i am mortified to take ny puppy to Petsmart not sure if they will treat her right. Ginger is a gentle kind old girl. And I am immensly dissatisfied and disappointed that the Petsmart lacked tremendously on their part of being loyal to me. I guess to them we are just a number.

The cashier was very pleasant, as is all the employees at PetSmart. This will have been my very last time of doing business with your company; however, because you have skyrocketed the price of bird seed, and rarely carry the brand that I like to purchase. Furthermore, I always purchase a 5 lb bag for $9.95, and normally buy four bags per visit. The very brand that I have always purchased from your store did have the bags, but the price has gone from $9.95 (per 5 lb bag) to $17.95 (per 4 lb bag). This is ridiculous, and Im sure that you will not care in the least, but you have lost a years old customer. I drive four miles further - past PetCo, just to do business with you. However this will no longer be the case. Thank you for the service, politeness of your entire staff, and for allowing me to let you know that I am leaving your customer base.

Pretty bad customer service. Second time in a row that Ive been kept waiting for an associate for over 15 minutes just for crickets. Meanwhile 3 cashiers stood around chatting despite the page for someone to help get crickets. The woman who finally came to help me was very nice and very apologetic for her other lazy coworkers. (Im so sorry I forgot your name, but know you were wearing a zip up sweatshirt at the time. Thank you!). The store was not very busy either time. In the future I will be taking business to a store that wants to assist their customers instead of gossip.

Pretty much the same as all other big chain pet stores: 3/4 of the store dedicated to cats and dogs, the other 1/4 dedicated to other pets. Cant really get more than the basics for small animals, and now this location is no longer carrying several types of small animals they use to carry. Disappointing. Employees are friendly and helpful though, so thats nice when I do go in, but these days I shop at online retailers that have more of a selection for the pets I have (rats & other rodents) unless I need something right away.

Simone is the best groomer, we have been going to her for years. We have followed her between salons and she is well worth the drive (we come from Fort Collins). My dogs have mobility issues and she is always so gentle and considerate of their comfort while in her care. Not only do they enjoy seeing her they always come out looking fabulous! If you need a groomer, you wont find a better one around.

Terrible customer service. Took my dog in to be groomed said theyd be 3 hours. Didnt hear from anyone for 3.5 hours went in and said would be another 30 minutes. Lady didnt even know which dog i was talking about. Ive taken my dog to the groomer many times before it has never taken this long not even when he got his teeth cleaned or checkups at banfield. Will not recommend or go back.

Use the grooming salon at your own risk. They cancel appointments extremely often and then are "unfortunately booked" and cant fit you in until several days later. I have had this happen four times in the past year. They also have extremely high turnover and so sometimes your dog will come out of grooming looking fine; other times, he will be looking like a complete alien.

Ive never had to wait that long and Ive been going to this store since 1994. The staff there has always been helpful and sometimes gone out of their way to be. Id estimate the average wait for the cashier to be about two to three minutes, though many times I didnt have to wait at all. The store has good sales and good people. I definitely recommend it.

Its pretty sad when I find 5 of their battas dead that no one has even bothered to remove. One fish had been dead for so long it was decaying in the little package. Apart for all the other dead fish the rest of them looked very sick. I told an employee. That these fish were dead and he just said "yeah youre right" and took them to the back. :(

Do not buy feeder fish for a lizard water set-up. What ever this batch brought in has made my cwd sick and he has not eaten in weeks. i have had him for 6yrs and never had a problem till i started giving him rose red feeders. He is now in a quarantine set-up and have to feed him with a syringe. I hope he makes it.

Worst costumer service Ive experienced in a while. Looked around the store for a sale associate for 5-10min(store was not busy either) Finally sight one of em, and he completely avoids eye contact, walks directly past me and gets in his car. WTF?? Oh well, guess ill just drop some loot at petsco instead.

This PetSmart is well-located, next to Sprouts and Kohls. Although the staff are friendly and engaging, at times they can be hard to find. The store is clean and laid out to make everything easy to find. Their animals seem well-cared for and the cages are clean.

They stocked a product in the wrong spot and didnt do anything to fix the problem. They told me they couldnt give it to me for that price even though it was stocked above that price. This show how much you care about taking care of the customer.

I love this petsmart! The staff is always friendly and knowledgable and always willing to help you out. They also have a great variety of products for dogs, cats and reptiles. Its great getting all my pet needs in one place.

I bought 8 fish, within 3 weeks all 8 and 4 of the others that have been in my tank for over 3 years are all dead. There was some disease introduced and I have one fish left. Their return policy is 2 weeks only.

It is your average PetsMart. They have everything as any other. They need more cashiers. Ive been visiting this location for the last 9 years and would estimate the average checkout time @ 10-15min.

Good selection of fish supplies. I dont really like how loud it gets in there with all the dogs the owners bring in and then they bark at each other.
