Took my puppy to get groomed made an appointment told me they couldnt bathed him because he had small matted hair on chest so I told if they could fixed that they said no because they were booked so whats the point of making an appointment if they cant do there job. Thats why its called grooming there job is to make the dog look better. Save your time people go to a local groomer this companies have the worst employees . Been a customer for 10 years but after this is not worth my time and money purchasing from this company.

Last Tuesday morning, my husband took our Yorkie in for grooming. However, he was stinky within two days. My husband told me it was the spray they used. However, by Sunday the smell was undeniable. They did a poor job of bathing him. When we bath him at home, he doesnt smell within two weeks let alone two days. Ive been trying to get into contact with the manager. Our work hours are conflicting. This is unacceptable

I purchased something at another petsmart 30 miles away and then ended up needing to return it and was meeting someone at this petsmart about a dog adoption. I had the receipt but was told they would not return it and that I had to go to the store 30 miles away where I had purchased it. I called customer service and they told me that is not a company policy. I will be taking my business to petsco

Have taken my dog here twice. Was taking my dog to the Pet Smart on Wheatland, staff must very rude very friendly, so Ive been taking her on Cedar Hill. Staff very friendly and Im not concerned about leaving my dog.

I feel very welcomed every time I step in, and some of the staff here know my dog (Rocco) because he carries his toys out everytime we go lol. The place is always clean and everyone is happy to help with anything.
