Ive used the grooming service at another location and it was great. Brought my golden/spaniel mix to this location and they told me she looked more golden to them (prior store identified her as a spaniel, not a golden because shes only 25-30 pounds) so they changed the breed to golden, which increased the price $7. I reluctantly agreed since we were already there and needed the bath/haircut. Picked her up later and the hair was not cut as short as I like. The girl told me that since it was still cold outside she didnt want to cut it shorter. Seems they just want to up-charge where they can and force you to come back sooner by not cutting a short as you request. Need another bath/cut, but looking for a different place.

On 7/24/16, I took my two dogs (a Westie and a mix terrier) to have them groomed at this location. Please note that we have always used PetSmart for our groomers. As I picked up the dogs from one of the male groomers, he committed to me, "I dont know how you put up with this dog at home". I replied, "what do you mean"? He then stated that the Westie barked during his grooming. First of all, he is a dog. Second, he is a Westie. Third, you DO NOT make rude comments to customers who are giving you business.

They sent me a coupon for free cat food which I could not use right away because it was dated for the future with an extremely small window of dates to redeem. It expired on the 4th of July which I realized on the 5th when I took my 2nd trip there to use it. In the future, they should save money on postage and email the coupons that are essentially worthless unless you have no life and can get there any time.

Ive always preferred Petsmart and excited when I saw a store opening closer to home. I normally leave with a hefty bill but just had to leave empty handed after seeing those little flies that normally end up in the food bags, flying around on both the dog and cat isles. Afraid to purchase any treats or pet food. Now having to head to their competitors store.

The grooming office does bad haircuts, our full grown dog has been going there a year and they charged us for the first time an extra $7 for our dogs "unusual height" (hes a yorkie). The groomer shamed us in the store for our other dog being so matted. We will be looking for a new grooming office that actually cares about our pets.

We were getting fish and had to wait a long time (more than five minutes, less than 10) because they had a single guy working fish and he had been at lunch. He was very nice, though, and we were able to check out relatively quickly.

Signed up for some evening pet training just over a month ago and the trainer cancelled the first appointment then the next week when we met she wanted to tell me about her life story and not help with the dog. Never went back.

I like to place, the people are friendly and they have everything my dog needs. I had a problem with one of the trainers. I was late to a lesson and then she never called me back even after I called her again many times.

They did a great job but tried to charge us a higher price because they said our pet was a larger breed. The manager was kind and lowered the charge but said he would enforce it if we returned.
