Ive always had a great experience at this store until today. I made an apt for grooming o er a week ago for my dog, I brought him in at 1215 and as I left I asked how long it would take. The blonde lady at the first table said 2 to 3 hours. There were 4 dogs there already and the next groomer hadnt come in yet, Im like cool...ill be back later. At 315pm my dog has only had a shampoo and Im being told it will be between 5 and 6 before hes ready. I was askwd who told me 2 to 3 hours but the lady who said it didnt fess up, they told me its usually 3 to 4 hours but that now it will be longer because they have so many dogs...not my problem! Every lady there had a new dog they were working on by this time but my baby had only been washed And not dried because she said he didnt like the dryer...bogus! I was then told that hed of been ready if Id of paid 11 bucks more for an express grooming because those animals are done when they come in, I was then charged 20 bucks for a wash and no dry (although he had sat so long he was already dry) which is outrageous when the whole thing only cost 40. RIP OFF!! Why make apt if the system is like this, I will not be back nor will I recommend this store to anyone with fur-babies! I am from out of town and wasted my day waiting for my dog to be groomed, this store will not get a penny more of my money.

I usually have a great experience at this Pet Smart of Waxahachie, but on Wed. May 11, 2016 I was treated very rudely by two of the employees, I spent $60 dollars on this visit but was not done shopping, I needed help with my dog purchases, a young lady that was on the floor had no idea what I was talking about, and just walked away, the trainer who was on the register finally took the time to answer my questions and point me in the right direction, she was very polite, after I finished getting my dog stuff, I wanted to get some fish, it was 7 minutes till 9 p.m. and the man on the register was rushing me out of the store. I stated that I wanted to make some fish purchases, he said they dont sell fish 7 minutes to closing, the other girl at the register was looking at him, and was looking at me with concern, because was being loud, and very rude to me. I was very disappointed. He wasnt apologetic at all, he simply did not care. I work in customer service everyday, I know that a customer is always right and should be allowed to finish with their shopping needs. It made Pet Smart look bad.

I usually in the past have had a good experience, but tonight was the worst and feel the need to let others know about it ASAP: BEWARE they will scam you. On top of not even doing a great job on her haircut, they over charged me by $22. They are liars and are scammers. They took forever when it was supposed to only take an hr, I ended up picking her up at almost closing time. her ears were uneven and for her to have received the "top dog" package she didnt even smell like they used a "special" shampoo and conditioner. The blonde with the fried hair and obviously fake blue contacts is rude and is just on some power trip just because shes the "manager". If she knew how to manage them she wouldnt have an upset customer because of a misunderstanding with the person I spoke to on the phone. I dont feel like I should have been responsible to pay for a service package I wasnt wanting. The "manager" needs to learn to manage and learn good customer service, but I guess thats the best you get when dealing with a "manager" that deals with dogs all day.

Grooming salon is one of the worst in North Central TX., Was told my dog would be ready by 1:30 pm after bring her in at 8:00 am got a call at 2:00 pm and the grooming manager said they were running behind and my dog would not be ready until 4:00 pm I went to pick her up and they had done nothing to her no bath was just starting clipping. I will never set foot in that store again all store manager could do is make excuses for poor management. I had an appointment set four weeks in advance and this is how they treat your pet. BEWARE THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORES GROOMING SALON DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR FURBABIES

My dog is old, but I have been taking him to the same place 5 years...didnt know I had to point out his age growths every time. I didnt this last time, his 3rd time in a row with the same groomer, and they sliced it and then covererwd it with a stupid scarf. I could tell immediately when i picked him up he was scared and hurt. I could sense your guilt when you handed me my senior dog, shame on you .

Very friendly and helpful people working there. I got out puppys collar there. Then later on I had to find a harness for my tiny fur baby, but she was too small. So one lady working there finally found us a ferret harness for her! I appreciate the amount of time spent to help us. Its also very clean, and I love that they have animals from shelters there you can adopt as well!

When in to get my husky furminated. Not only did they not do that but they didnt clip my dogs, they didnt brush her teeth, they barely shedded her, and they wash my dog without soap. They said they would only charge me for a regular bath. They didnt even do that. Never going back, ill drive to waco before I come back here again

I dont trust many places with my dogs, but I am confident in this PetsMart. Ive visited other locations, but this one is exceptional. They all stop to pet Bella & Buddy, give them treats and the grooming department does a great job on nail trims and haircuts. Thank you for treating my babies so well!!

VERY happy with the way my puppy dog was groomed by Brittani Dennis! My first time going to Petsmart in Waxachie, this is the FIRST time Biscuit was cut exactly as I asked the groomer to cut him. Perfect and very pleased! Thank you Brittani for a great job!

Decent supply of fish. Prices seem a little high. Appear to put some energy into taking care of the bettas they have on hand. Although a little wait to get the fish, staff was friendly.
