Nearly half of the fish were dead. Now dont get me wrong, because I understand fish die in pet stores and Im always ready for thst, but they had a very. Small number of fish in each tank, and just as many dead as alive. The shelves were very poorly stocked, they had a pacman frog in a small travel cage inside a tank with a tortoise, when these kinds of frogs need humidity and it was in a tank with a desert tortoise. Also, from my observation, there was a dead albino ball python. It did not appear to be breathing after a good minute of observation and its eye was concave and against the tank glass. Finally, no staff on the sales floor. It is very rare that I post a poor review even after a bad experience, but these are lives that are being threatened and Im pretty upset with what I saw.

I was really impressed with this store when I first started going after we moved to Texas. But since weve adopted our kitten from their partners Ive been disappointed. Every time Ive gone in for their Authority Kitten food they are out so I have to go back multiple times in a week to check and get some. Yesterday I asked a manager if they had any. She was a little short with me. She said what they had was on the shelves. I asked when they expected more. She said they got a truck delivery that day and there may be more and that I would have to come back midday to check. I came back today (12/2/15) and there is still no Kitten food. Ill have to try another Petsmart. If they dont, Ill have to move them up to adult food sooner than recommended because I cant let them starve.

Darrell has been doing our beginners training class for our dog now for a few weeks. I cannot believe the different in our dog from the beginning to now..and we still have almost 3 weeks left! The staff is always very helpful when I call or enter the store. Darrell even helped us pick out healthy pet treats for our little guy since since we are finicky on what we give out dog. They dont try to sell you pricey things or whatever will give them profit...they truly listen to your needs and values. The drive from Wylie is well worth it to shop here. :-) Definiltely recommend this store and its staff.

I have been taking my 2 year old Shih-Tzu to this banfield location ever since she was 2 months old. Dr. Chitwood is awesome! Since day one she has treated my dog with respect and kindness. She doesnt just treat her like shes a dog, she treats her like shes a valued member of my family, just like you would like a pediatrician to treat your child! I have even seen Dr. Chitwood in Target and she said hi to me and asked me how my dog is doing! She is great and I highly recommend taking your pet to her for all their healthcare needs! The rest of the staff are also very kind.

Worst customer service. After scheduling my dog for a grooming appointment and confirming with the employee what i wanted done, they do something completely different and have the nerves to say i was wrong. I asked for a $40 package (me the owner of the dog) they decide to do a $65 and say thats what i scheduled him for. The problem isnt the money, the scam is the problem. These people were trying to SCAM me. At the end of this my dog got the worst end of it. His haircut looks like they began to cut it but did not finish. Horrible service!!!!!

Made an appointment for my two dogs to be groomed, dropped them off at 9AM. returned at 1PM and they still had not started grooming one of my dogs. The excuse i was given was that they had a lot of walk ins that day, i expressed my frustration and said i wanted my dogs back because they had already wasted half my day. The groomer was rude, and when they went to retrieve my elderly dog they closed his tail in the door. After all this apparently a customer thought that i was unreasonable and keyed my car.......

My appt was for Friday June 23. at 12:30. After arranging to get help loading a 70 lb dog into a Hyundai, (I am 75 and have a hip problem) and arriving at my scheduled appt with my granddaughter and great grandson 10 months . I was told my appt was for Saturday not Friday. Wrong!!! I will be calling 800-* 738- 1385 to complain. I have groomed with them for 3 - 5 yrs As you can imagine this was A GREAT inconvenience.

As upset as I was of getting the run around for why my dogs nails couldnt be cut/trimmed after going to the same Petsmart for 7 years, Im honestly glad. I had noticed the decline in customer service and confidence that the employees have when it comes to dealing with pets. If you lack the confidence, then I absolutely would not want you around my pet who is family.

My pup and I have been to several Petsmarts/Banfields and drive an extra 20 minutes to this store. The staff is great! If you need dog training Darrell is your man! The Banfield vet is the nicest in the area, I really like this group of people more than the other ones. Theyre very kind to my dog and shes happy to go there anytime.

This place is ok. The manager staff turns over pretty quickly. And some of them that I have interacted with in the past have just been flat-out rude. Thats not to say that all employees there are the same way. Overall it is a clean store. Sometimes the prices can be too high though

Weve had very good luck here. Any time we drop or pup off and give them plenty of time. Most groomers need time. Its fairly typical pet place. I like it. People are sweet.
