I visited this pet store on December 23, 2008. The store reeked, and I am not talking about that animals-and-wood-shavings smell that most pet stores have, regardless of cleanliness. I mean this store smelled of death and feces. So I guess that should have been the first warning sign. I glanced around in the cages, which were mostly empty, and, as I neared the small animal area, I saw what appeared to be the remains of a very, very dead rat (perhaps it was once a guinea pig?) and I believe there was another animal in the cage as well. I did not stare at it very long, just long enough to realize I needed to get out of there, fast. On my way out of the store I passed an empty parakeet inclosure that was covered in bird seed and bird feces. I understand that cages get dirty and animals occasionally die before they have been sold, but this was at 10:00 in the morning and the store hours are listed as 8:00am to 5:00pm. That deceased animal had clearly been there for some time (it was already decomposing--in other words, this was not a freshly dead animal). The utter disregard for sanitary conditions and animal welfare exhibited in this store is disturbing. I have contacted the authorities and I truly hope this business will see some sort of repercussions for their lack of proper animal care. I dont know why that place is still open if that is the kind of business they run.

My rating of this place is less than one star!! When I first started going there , Jamie was highly recommended to me. I took both my schanauzers there for grooming and boarding, at her home. She was great, place was clean, and well run. Now , she has a new interest,business, and relatives have destroyed it. I took my 2 small pets there for bathing and dip, and nails. I pd for the service, nails were not done. This happened twice. Then I asked them to board for me took them in on Fri. to pick up on Mon. Store was open, 1 person grooming, in store alone, my pups had no food or water, everywhere, beds wet, and they tried to get my 16 oz, bottle of water,they drank it on a 3 mile drive home. attendent said he thought someone was supposed to go by Sun,I asked about Sat, he said surly someone had let them out, really not sure. maybe not.He had come in and got busy and had not gotten to the crated animals, I pd under protest. The place stunk, and bird crap all over the place, no cleaning supplies, or even clean towel that day. "someone was supposed to do it but not there yet. I took my wet smelly pups home to clean them then my car. NEVER again.

I can seriously say that this place is bad. Ive been going to this store since 07 and im curious to why it hasnt been shut down!! My fiancee got me a dog from there for my birthday. Because he knows nothing about buying dogs they got him good. They told him the dog had been dewormed yet no papers! My local vet also said it hadnt been dewormed. They even said they wanted to charge 100 bucks but because they couldnt get rid of it they charged him 25! lol. dumbasses. It stinks there. They even have cut my other dogs nails wrong. there isnt a ton of things to choose from nor do they take its hygiene serious. Cant get any trashier than this. They said my dogs nails they painted were pink; looked more like white out dried out! I hope this place changes its ways cause sooner or later it wont get any buisness!!! they say they take visa but yet they told me they dont!!

Worst few experience of my life. First the lady that is always there is rude to me and doesnt seem to be any help when a bird sick and dies and she give me no kind of refund last 8 rats I bought were sick , panting and died I got no refund for those even though I called the same day I bought them. Then finally today they making me drive an extra 20 mins and waste my time and gas because they choose to close early at 4:50 instead of 5pm like this website says. When I called them to see if he could stay 2 more minutes my eta he said no Ive done the books and Im waking out the door. This was all before the time they should close so not only are they not helpful and rude the show up late and leave early and lack common courtesy .I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

Every time I visit Glamour Pets, they always have such interesting animals. I frequent this location because of its convenience and customer service. I have two little yorkies (Bananas and Sophie) that I have groomed there monthly. I am able to have them groomed monthly because their prices are so much more reasonable than I have found at larger grooming shops! Its a win-win, plus they have a Facebook page and they can post pictures of your pet and they have a discount card for their customers! Thanks Glamour Pets, I am so glad I have found you!

This location was highly recommended to me by a great friend. I found the personell friendly and geniunely attentive to my dog. The hair cut was exactly as I wanted it with no problems. I would recommend this business to anyone that wants a great job done. The store was clean and sanitary. I found out that this is a stand alone business and there are no other locations associated to this business. My little girl looked fantastic and she was happy and showed it in her walk.

WoW! We loved it! The new owners have completely redone the shop and our Schnauzer, Marty was so happy! Call me crazy, but hes my baby and I was a little reluctant to leave him...but then I always am like that. A good friend of mine recommended Glamour Pets and I am so happy we went there for our grooming. They were courteous and very attentive, making Marty feel comfortable and me too! Thanks you guys! We will see you next month for sure!

Very good Experience....I took my schnauzer and Yorkie to this place Saturday and I was very impressed with the friendliness of the people working there and the grooming on both. After talking to the owner, Cindi, I will definitely be back with my pets again and to see what new stock they have coming in. Oh, and let me add that their prices are much lower than any other grooming shop in the area....that was a plus for me!!!!!

Ive been going here for almost 2 years now. I had an issue with my dogs haircut being patchy once but the owner personally called us to fix it. He got his haircut fixed for free and he looks amazing now! This is also the only issue Ive ever had with them and Im very glad they took the time to fix it. Theres a girl named Amy who is very friendly and nice to both us and my dog. I highly recommend her !

Ive Called 4x to Make an appt. No luck. 1st 2x some guy picked up and did not sound inviting at all. After asking for appt, he says hold on and then hangs up. 3rd Time SOMEONE picks up but, no response, then hangs up. My last time calling and it went to voicemail. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING AND THEY SUCK
