Terrible grooming. I went over how I wanted my dog cut and the total opposite was done to her. THey cut her way to short and didnt even touch her head. Would not recommnd them for grooming. Happened again day before yesterday. Took our dog in for a face and ear groom. Hacked her up and didnt notice until we got home. She was cut so uneven. I will NEVER go to that Petco. Ridgedale Petco is the best.

3/12/14 Great customer service, watched the groomer with my dog. A very shaggy sheltie, she was gentle with the dog and did a thorough job. Got the dental care package and Maverick came home with fresh breath and all the tarter gone. All the groomers were gentle with the dogs and seemed to know each doggie personality. Will continue to use their service. The cost was very reasonable.

I like the pals rewards, definitely worth it over petsmarts petperks card. the staff are very knowledgeable and prompt to make sure they let you know they are there to help you. only downfall is that on the busiest days ie Saturdays, they can be extremely understaffed. 3 people on a saturday morning to afternoon makes for unhappy customers.

This place is fine if you just need to pickup an item but the aquatics section is horrific. There is rarely anybody there to help and not once, have I ever seen someone cleaning or attending to the tanks. There are usually at least one dead fish per tank or the tanks are completely empty which is also not a good sign.

It is clear that the staff here really like to work there. They love animals and are knowledgable about the products they sell. It is very well maintained and does not have that "pet store smell" that many others do. Highly recommend - 5-stars!

I went there just to buy a hamster ball and and bedding. The total cost was 3 times more than I would have paid at PetSmart. Not to mention that I was double charged after a card got wrongly "declined" and have yet to have it credited back to me.

The customer service was good, but the treatment of the animals was horrible! The reptiles all looked very underfed and sickly. I recommend not supporting them.
