I have been to Petco, Petsmart, and a few others little shops over the years and this place is by far the best. The store is clean, quality products, and healthy fish. You can go there every week and they will have something new there for fish and if there is something you want and they dont have it they are always willing to find a way to get it. Mark was very helpful and courteous when I was wanting a bigger fish tank. He gave great advice and had answers to all my questions. The other staff members have always been friendly and helpful. I have always walked out with answers to my questions and have never had any issues with the things I have bought.

Today I went to Petco and I went to PetSmart to find a good gift for my dog for Christmas and didnt find anything didnt receive any help or any offer to help. The moment that I walked into woofs and waves I was immediately asked what I needed and the staff help me find something better than what I actually was looking for. This seems to be a local business and kudos to them down with the big box stores up with local business five stars for woofs and waves

Been to every pet store in town and saw this one passing by and owner Justin who had more knowledge and helped so much with the right vet and so on plus the prices are great and so I recommend any person with pets come check it out , finally I found a pet store I will be coming to all the time and I hope its for the next twenty or so years.

They helped me pick out a tank and had so many selections of fish and helped me pick out everything that I needed they let us take the water for free with the display tank that I got and they ran a free water check to make sure everything was fine.

Mark, Justin and crew are so helpful! Theyve helped us with fish, dog supplies and food, and cat food and toys. Our girls are learning so much about aquariums and water balance from Mark and Justin. Its great to have a quality East Side Pet Store!
