They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. If there was a negative rating I would have given that too. The grooming saloon is not good. I have had the worst experience over here. The customer service and the management is a joke. I took my dog her name is Autumn for grooming. Here are the list of the problem that I faced: 1) Management was supposed to leave at 8.00 PM but they left at 7.00 PM. 2) Autumn was not dried properly & she was still wet when I took her out. I had reached at 8.00 PM to find there was no one in the grooming department to complain this too . 3) There were cotton plugs in her ears that they still didnt remove. 4) It was a tick and flea treatment that I had taken her for and yet they had not addressed the issue. 5) The biggest concern was that the management said that next time I bring her for grooming, I will get a $5 off. What the management here dont understand is that its not a matter a $5 but the treatment that she went through which was pathetic. My only concern was what is management of PETCO planning to do next so that this treatment doesnt happen ever again. The response that I got from the manager was that I wont get the same groomer for her again and I will get a $5 discount the next time. What I am trying to highlight here is that neither $5 or not having the same groomer going to solve the problem. The problem is the way you are handling your operations. You dont double check if the groomer has been doing a reasonable job. If that was the case this wouldnt have happened at the first place. I would like to round off by saying. On top of that there manager hung up the phone when I was talking to them regarding this. Even if the call was disconnected. They didnt care to call back. This shows how much the employees of PETCO really value their customers. When I addressed the above mentioned issue to the customer care representative they said I would get a call back from them within a day. And I am still waiting on that call its been three days since.

This has got to be the worst place I have ever attempted to go. My husband and I called around looking for a last minute groom for our dog. We chose Petco simply because they had an opening the next day. We were quoted $35 over the phone for a FULL groom. The next day I brought my dog in and dealt with a very rude kid named Josh who has no customer skills whatsoever. He first argued with me that my dog didnt need a cut at all because his hair was short. His hair is not short and I told him that the dog was mine and if I wanted to have him cut that is up to me, seeing as I am the one paying for it. He then kept whining about wanting to go home because he had a cold and mentioning that he was off in an hour. After he rang me up for $52 for a BATH ONLY groom I told him that I was quoted $35 over the phone. He kept telling me he would recommend a bath only (because he didnt want to groom my dog). I told him no thanks, I was taking my dog and going home and walked out. My husband called and spoke with the store manager and explained the entire scenario and mentioned that we had driven 20 min to get to that store. The store manager told my husband if we didnt like the drive then we should keep our business in our hometown. So, I left a comment on the public Petco facebook page and had someone call and NOT leave a call back number. So I messaged back and someone called me 3 weeks later stating that they would like to give me a free groom. So I called today to set up the free groom and lo and behold, they cant do it until the rude store manager is there so she can address all my concerns. Why would I want to deal with anyone who told me to keep my business in my hometown???? PETCO does not know how to treat people. This is probably why they have such horrible reviews!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

"Do you have $3,000 to set up a proper environment?!" My husband and I told my son if he is responsible and waits until he is 6 we will get him a lizard. We took him in to visit a few times and do some research and set aside $300 for the products we would need. He picked a chameleon. Tropical lizard that needs a more moist home. We knew that. When we asked for help the manager, Erin, came over to help and was rude from the get-go! She said "What are you looking at?" We told her and she almost shouted the statement above. She talked to us like we were idiots and were not worthy of her lizards. My husband said "Nope!" and we walked out the door. I tried to call later to let the management know about her attitude and customer service skills but she answered the phone. I asked for another manager. She said she was the only one, and what did I need. (Of course Rude as all get out!) I kindly explained to her that I wanted to report her attitude so that the owner/manager of the store can be aware of the way she is making customers feel. She used more of her ugliness on me then told me she would "let them know." I wont go back to another PetCo. We went imminently to a PetSmart and were treated with respect and kindness.

I felt great about leaving my Walter there as soon as we walked in! Jamie was awesome and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was also super informative in explaining exactly what the groom included. She was very sweet with my extremely excitable dog! I got the call that he was finished in less than 4 hours after we dropped him off, which is so fast! When I came to pick him up, I met the manager and another groomer, and they were also very sweet. I have no doubt my pup was treated well! He looks the best he ever has! Jamie did an outstanding job! I cant get over how adorable my Walter looks! Also, I dont know if this is always a thing or if its a promotion running for a short time, but we also got $10 off because it was his first groom at PetCo. We will definitely be back!

I have been working with Petco trainer Marjorie Satterfield for more than six months with my dog, and have seen a MASSIVE improvement in my dogs behavior, focus, and mood! My dog is happier, more productive, and really enjoys going to classes and learning. I have an Australian Shepherd mix (dogs notorious for being high-energy, intelligent, hard-to-own dogs) and Marj has helped me make her an absolute joy to live with! This dog trainer is up-front, knowledgeable, and direct in her teaching, and above all loves dogs and loves teaching. There are other dog training clubs in Tulsa, but Marj is really interested in helping people live happily with their pets, not just getting medals for agility (though if you want to, shell help you do that too!)

Its just not possible some of these angry reviews are true. I was absolutely blown away by this place. Jamie in the grooming salon was absolutely adorable and showed my Pitt bull so much love without hesitation. Her partner working with her was just as great, she walked me out and to the isle to help me with specific treats for my dogs hips. Bravo ladies, I sincerely hope management doesnt take some of these snobby reviews seriously. Cant wait to come back!!
