So I went in the next day that my brakes started making noise so I can take advantage and get my brake pads changed with my oil at the same time. I checked my brakes right before I went in and knew I only needed the rear pads changed and nothing else. To my surprise when the technician came back with the estimate on my brakes he assured me that I needed front and rear pads plus my rotors changed at the price of a little over 500 dollards. I explained to him that it was imposible as I had just gotten them examined and I knew I needed rear pads only. He double checked and came with a 50 dollar rebate to the first offer. I asked him to show me a brakedown of the costs to see where all the money was going and thats when I realized how I was about to get robbed by Sears. I decided to leave and go to a small brake shop down the street and ended up spending 60 dollars for a pair of premium ceramic brake pads plus another 50 dollars for the labor. When I explained to the brake shop what had just happened with Sears he laughed and said that it was not the first time that he had heard of Sears and others like Pep boys inflating or adding to the costs to maximize profits and not caring about the consumers interest. I do not recomment going to this Sears location they are liars and not looking out for the consumers best interest and thats probably one of the reasons that they are going out of business.

NIGHTMARE. Right now Im sitting in the parking lot of Sears with a brand new dead $200 battery I bought at Sears. Its 5pm on a Saturday. They dont close until 9pm. I was the only one in line. But 12 invisible cars were apparently waiting. Without asking me what was wrong they rudely told me we cant help you until Monday. Such liars. I told them you dont even know what I need. You didnt even ask me what an need help with. All I need is a jump and a battery check for the $200 battery I bought from Sears. They still said no. The reviews are all true. Ill send a copy of this to their corporate office. Maybe theyll care about this nightmare of a place. In the meantime Im waiting for a jump of my brand new Sears battery in the parking lot of Sears at Broward Mall. Horrible.

Called to see an availability on an item and they said they cannot check because only one person in the entire store can check the availability and they weren’t there. So they insisted that I just go to the store and check myself. If I wanted to do that to waste a trip I wouldn’t have called. The whole time she gave me lip and attitude and was SUPER disrespectful. But it’s okay, somebody in the perfume department who wasn’t a manager or anything was willing to go and check for me so I wouldn’t have to waste a trip. Nice to know the department that sold the item couldn’t get off their butts to go check but somebody in a completely different department could. And luckily I didn’t go to check myself because they were out anyways. No wonder nobody shops at Sears anymore.

Dr. David M. Fagan failed to diagnose me properly for a simple eyeglass prescription. I went for a regular check-up and received a new prescription for contacts and eyeglasses. As the prescription was expiring, I had a new pair of glasses made. Apparently, my old glasses had lenses for astigmatism and this new prescription did not. I called Dr. Fagan to ask about this discrepancy & he said he was confident in my prescription. Thats great but when you your last pair of glasses have lenses for astigmatism & you cant see out of your new pair (w/out lenses for astigmatism), it doesnt matter what the doc says. However, Dr. Fagan will gladly see you again provided that you pay for a new visit!

SEARS AUTOMOTIVE This place is staffed by a bunch of stoned THUGS directly out of the prison system, and definitely from the ghetto. WARNING: IF YOU ARE WHITE, DO NOT EVEN WALK INTO THIS PLACE! The Ignorant THUG w/dreds clerk actually followed me out of the store and said "I dont give a fu ck about my job, Ill take you out right now. I truly wish he would have made an aggressive action towards me, I would have been more then happy to stand my ground and neutralize the situation. Im sure it wont be long before we see a news story about a similar event that escalated at this location.

Very rude salesman in couches section named Fred (older man). He kicked my friend and I out for looking at couches for his parents and seeing which one they would like. Asked my friend very rudely when will he be leaving trying to kick us out for no reason we sat on them trying to test them.We went to another sales clerk and told her she was appalled this would happen to a buying customer and wanted to have us talk to the manager we said no cause we didnt want a scene but it very poor customer sales service i wish something can be done about this mans attitude towards customers in the future.

Would have gave this store lower rating, but if not for people like Larry or Nat( not sure if name is correct). My 2 most recent visit not the best since going to this store that is 5-8 minutes from my home. My grill I brought came with a used part. Some of the managers there dont respond to your calls and dont reward there best workers. This should be a lessons why some retail stores go out of business. Bad customer service. Im currently waiting for corporate office to call me. Today is July 4, Thank Management team for trying to ruin my Holiday but I overcame with out you

Bought 4 appliances with Sears 1 year ago with extended warranty. Now my fridge stopped working exactly 1 year later and Ive been dealing with Warrenty dept for over 2 months no with no resolution. Ive delt with their 3rd party reps and the direct Sears reps and it is a nightmare to make appt with Sears technicians.... they give you an appt 2 weeks away.. then order parts on the fate then schedule you another 2 two weeks out. I am very disappointed with the service and do not recommend buying their products and especially not their Warrenty.

Horrible horrible horrible... waiting 15 minutes for the returns, then someone came out and told me i cant return something with a recipet even though sears customer service said to take it to any store... Sears is horrible and the place looks like it should be shut down... they have one person working on returns and he went to lunch so they made me wait.... SEARS IS HORRIBLE!!!!!

Worst customer service. Dont even waste your time calling to ask them anything. Sears needs to go over customer service skills aND how to properly talk to customers. Employees need to understand that without customer they wont have a job. FYI Im talking about the Auto Center employees. Look what happened to the auto center in Pembroke Pines...PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Just saying...

There was one employee (a cashier) that continued to greet me during my stay. All managers neglected to acknowledge me. And at merchandise pick up, I arrived to pick up my iron. The employee asked for my card and signed for my purchase. Who does that?! An employee can not sign for my purchase!
