I have to admit calling from out of state (Denver, CO), I was reluctant on making a purchase. Contacted owner and negotiated a fair price for item. I was a little uneasy on how transaction was made over the phone so I called owner back with my concerns. He helped me understand this is a family business and has been in business for 15+yrs. He explained how the transaction would be processed and his procedures on the 2-business day delivery. Honestly, I was very surprised when my doorbell rang on the exact day and time I suggested for delivery. I also received a follow-up call to verify if item was received and if I was satisfied. VERY SATISFIED! Again, I was a little leery on how payment was made but the owner followed through completely!

The owner is a prick, arrogant, and totally impolite. He lacks respect and his pride gets the best of him. There are some good aspects of this business, so I wont merely give it one star. But, spend your money elsewhere and dont support business owners who are comfortable mistreating clients just because the former have some money and power. Terrible return policy. Wont even let you return mattresses which you buy from him if you take them out of plastic. Unbelievable.

I cancelled a purchase and the owner yelled at me and told me "I wasnt a real man" over the phone. When I went to get a receipt he had a bunch of "men" (ages 15-65ish) sitting around looking at me like they were there to protect him. He also tried to charge me an excessive cancellation fee that didnt exist. My cancellation was within his store policy but he didnt want to honor it.

We used Aztec Furniture for moving services and they charged more than what they originally quoted us. And for the same day charge us 5 days apart for more money. They do NOT stand behind what they quote and rip you off. DO NOT USE THEM. They were very unprofessional and messy and disturbed others in the office building they were in.

This is a totally unbiased review that Im posting here... I really had a very bad experience with one of the local dealers for acme furniture, and ended up at their store one day. The staff is so professional and truthful. They deliver as promised and most importantly on time. I would go back to them again.
