Placed an order with them on 04/11/2014.Some one called me and told me that I have to pay extra for shipping to get the product on time.I told her to charge the extra amount.Two days later someone called again told me that the chairs are not in stock but I can get it from Reno.Guess what I have to pay more...Again I approved it cause I wanted to keep same design. Three weeks no shipping information no response.Called the company again they dont have a clue told me the orders was not processed cause the third shipment amount was not charged.I really dont know if I am getting the chairs or not.I am definitely staying away from this company for future purchasing.

There is no way this store get anywhere near one star.Horrible service. Just called and some one guy with Latin accent answer the phone I think his Juan. While I was giving him item number as he requested he hung up . F***ing idiot . Because of this maroon owner lost about $1800 order for chairs and round table. My cart was full just about pay but just have few questions before I was gonna pay. So had to empty my cart and from coaster furniture . Good price and great customer service

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered mahogany chairs only to receive CHERRY! Chairs cost $345 but Company will not take chairs back without us paying for shipping and restocking - that cost is anywhere from $350 to $1050. THIS IS MORALLY WRONG and DECEITFUL! Do not order from this company! NEW INFO.....Never opened boxes and was trying to get rid of....finally found someone to buy them for HALF of what I paid and one cushion was found DAMAGED!!! THIS IS SO WRONG!!

I purchased 4 commercial grade sofas from this company which fell apart within 6 months. I have gotten a total run around as to what can be done about the situation. In this day and age an internet online retailer ought to really think about how they treat their customers. I am very sorry I dealt with this outfit when other competitors such as Amazon, Wayfair, etc have such better service.

This company is awesome! Inexpensive, good quality, fast shipping, and they take care of any problems with very little trouble and quickly. We bought outside furniture for our pizzeria that is amazing and bar stools. Some of the seat tops on the bar stools had been nicked in packing. They replaced with little effort and only one call and one email.
