Donna and her staff were phenomenal. I wish I could paint a picture as beautiful as they made my wedding. I was blown away when Donna took me for my "first look" at the venue... (which I highly recommend ALL brides do before all your guest go in and mess it all up). The center pieces were stunning, my bouquets were to die for, and all of her personal special touches were perfect for completing the picture perfect wedding. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for the way they transformed our venue. She is very professional to work with and has a ton of experience. It was nice to have someone so knowledgable and creative with the theme that I had in mind. They had many rentals to choose from as well in order to complete the venues look. Dont pass up the opportunity to work with a very professional and dedicated team. BOOK NOW!

They were the subcontractor through 1800 flowers for an arrangement I ordered for my mothers birthday. The delivered arrangement was nothing close to the one I purchased originally. I complained to 1800 flowers - they said they would redeliver, and since the first order was a mistake, my mother could keep the first arrangement (which was sub par.) Three days later, this florist shows to my mothers door, demanding the original arrangement back and threatening the sheriff if she does not return it. I confirmed with 1800 flowers in the phone my mother was to keep the original arrangement due to the mistake being no fault of our own. The behavior and product turned out by this shop is completely unprofessional. I do not recommend purchasing or doing business with this florist.

They did a great job with my wedding! They found a way to make all of my ideas work together and make the whole night beautiful! It really helped that they had been to our venues multiple times so they knew exactly what could and could not be done within the contracts. The selection was great, the consultations were wonderful, and the flowers turned out amazing! The only small thing I did not like was the handle on my bouquet. I wanted a cascade bouquet which ended up being a little heavy. The handle was small and it made it hard to hold on to. It looked great, but I had trouble hanging on to it through pictures! All in all the staff if wonderful and they made all the little touches to make a beautiful look!

Ive been the recipient of 2 holiday deliveries, both of which are GORGEOUS! The first was the "Birds in Paradise" for Easter, and the one that arrived for Mothers day (today) was the "Orchid Garden". I am SO impressed by the non traditional, AND beautiful, arrangements, so sophisticated and appealing. I cant wait for the next occasion and will be sure to tell all of our friends here in Riverwood to use your services. Thank you so much for making my celebrations even more special!

I went in yesterday for a quote and received great customer service!! I will be putting my order in and paying for it by the end of this week. My order was for a couple of things for my wedding.. i went to another shop after this one and the service was nothing compared to Port Charlotte Florist. I LOVE this place and i am more than happy to have found a place i can put many orders in throughout the year for special occasions!!

I ordered flowers very last minute for my Aunt who just moved to Fla. days before her birthday on Christmas Eve. This florist was AWESOME! The young lady on the phone was very nice and personable and so helpful. The bouquet was both fresh and beautiful and my Aunt cried on the phone she was sooooo touched. Love love love these guys. Wonderful saleswoman. Sent a floral bouquet to my elderly mother. It was magnificent! I asked for at least two roses and they placed five roses in the arrangement. Not cheap roses either....they were beautiful. Cost was extremely reasonable. Use this florist. You cannot go wrong.
