Had a problem with the first order through FTD.Spent three hours (no exaggeration)on the phone last night trying to fix it.They sent a dish garden with fake pointsettas (tacky)and it was supposed to be a pine Christmas tree with LED lights and ornaments.The local florist fullfiled the order FOR FTD. FTD and a supervisor told me to pick out WHATEVER I wanted.I did and actually spoke to the local florist this morning that stated it wouldnt be exactly like the picture.Fine I said but as long as its CLOSE ,has greens,white AND red FLOWERS that would be fine.She said she didnt have the lantern as shown on FTDs site but a red pillar I again said that would be fine.I got a container full of greens and about 10 white daisies.Not one red flower.The pillar sits so low and so small that its barely visible and if I light it am fearful it will set the greens on fire with how tiny the pillar is. FTD has all these beautiful expensive arrangements and you definitely do not get whats pictured,Or even close for that matter. This was supposed to be a 69.99 centerpiece OUR ORIGINAL ORDER THAT WE PAID WAS 44.00 ,HOWEVER FTD let me pick out WHATEVER I wanted for all the hassle,time wasted and inconvience,I advised the local florist of this and gave her the code that I had given to FTD for this arrangement and although nice this is not even close to whats on FTDs site...NOT SIMILAR!Also the price difference of the 44.00 vs. 69.99 is between the florist and FTD.She stated SHE had to call FTD about the price difference.Not my issue to handle hers as she stated.She took it upon herself to give me a 44.00 arrangement and not honor what FTD promised.She would just bill them the difference Ive been told so not sure why she would have any issue in regards to cost difference. I didnt want the FURTHER hassle of dealing with FTD or the local Florist (who didnt even offer to rectify the issue at all)that fulfills the orders ,so we asked them to please pick up the centerpiece and are having FTD issue a credit, we will see how they handle that as FTD has the most inept customer service reps and apparently local florists. Ive ever dealt with.We will never use FTD again and will use a Florist in town directly who weve had several beautiful arrangements from . I am an extremely flexible person and the arrangement was nice but not even close to what the site has pictured and what the local and I discussed,it became the principle of the matter.The rudeness and defensiveness of the local florist left a lot to be desired.Even after I assured her that I knew the original issue was NOT her fault. I will be posting pictures of what we were told we were getting and what we had received,THE PICTURES ARE ON YELP WHERE A BUSINESS OWNER CANNOT ALTER OR DELETE REVIEWS ,under Talk Of the Town Florist,fitting name by the way)I showed several friends and family,posted it on my social media accounts and people were shocked by what was received ,when I asked opinions all but one person said to call and send it back. I wasted Four hours in total over two days (3 the first 1 the second day) trying to fix this when I couldve been doing more important things this busy time of year.I was also called a liar by the local florist on another florist site review and was told to keep MY story straight?Such lack of professionalism by an adult and business owner.BTW she was on speaker and 3 people heard the ENTIRE CONVO!So whos being dishonest. Do yourself a favor go to a more experienced florist, Marion Smith Florist who has been around since 1953!Theyre excellent,friendly and would never treat a customer this way.The work at this florist is mediocre at best and if she couldnt even replicate or come close to replicating an arrangement theres a problem,if this was considered "similar" shes blind! Lesson learned!

Very satisfied!! Called Monday right before closing, spoke with Betsy. Super sweet lady! I ordered a dozen roses for my 91 year old Granny in the hospital. Through speaking with Betsy I told her that my Granny was going to be in the hospital for a while. She told me that they were getting a truck load of fresh supplies the next day (Tuesday) by noon and she would fix an arrangement with the fresh roses. I agreed! As my Granny is in the hospital in Chanute and I am in Central Texas unable to be by her side. My mother sent me a picture of the Roses! Stunningly BEAUTIFUL!! And Granny loved them!!

Called this morning to ask for a flower arrangement to be sent to my mom tomorrow for her birthday and said that they could put one together for 50-60 dollars. She said delivery charge would be 8.00 said ok. Said Thank you she will be so surprised tomorrow....Does this place not know what tomorrow means she just received them....Thanks for messing up her birthday !!! Shop supposed to be open till 5 pm but no one answers phone after 4 pm? UPDATE They apologized and will send balloons and chocolates to her to make up for the mistake

4 days late delivering flowers. Arrangement looked like they just bunched some flowers together and put them in a vase. Was suppose to have a balloon, but was told they had run out. Very disappointed and definitely wouldnt recommend.

This florist was great they were very resonable and they delivered my order free I also used them for a funeral and was able to speak to them pesonally as they were right next door to Witfilelds
