I had a special occasion today, and personally went to the store instead of ordering online as I always do. My friend is pregnant and had cravings for some fresh strawberries, and is also his birthday, so what better gift than some strawberries with chocolate. I was a little scared at first because all the reviews I saw on the internet but to my surprise my experience was completely different. The lady who checked me, called Cathy, and their service was exceptional with me. The arrangement I was looking, did not have it ready for sale at the time, and she asked me if I could wait 15 minutes for them to do for me. It had not gone 10 minutes, when my arrangement was ready. During my wait, I told the lady that was helping me, for who would be the gift, and to my surprise, she prepared a special gift for my friend. I could not be happier with the service and dedication offered to me in the store. From now on, I know where to go for my gifts for my friends, thank Cathy, Ill come back soon for more of your strawberries with chocolate.

Although the initial order over the phone with Kathy was pleasant, the actual order recieved was nothing like the picture online. I specifically asked questions to make sure it would be the same and it wasnt. Upon calling Kathy back the next day, to explain my disappointment in the arrangement; she proceeded to continuously cut me off and then asked if the person who recieved the the arrangement liked the fruit; as if to say as long as they liked it, then "too bad!" Not only was the "holder" or vase holding the arrangement the wrong one (which I specifically asked about) the actual fruit arrangement looked nothing like the picture. This was a horrible experience and Kathy did not seem the least bit concerned. Why would she - they already got my $69!! People work hard for their money and its a shame that I did not recieve the service or consideration that I should have.

Very happy with Edible Arrangements in Valrico! I placed an order online today around 4:30pm and accidentally put for delivery next Friday instead of today. A lady called me to confirm that I intended it for next Friday (the weekend after Mothers Day) since its a Mothers Day arrangement... Which she was right, I didnt want it next weekend. I had caught it before she called and already cancelled that order and placed a new one for delivery today. They didnt think theyd be able to get it out today, but ended up delivering to my mom by 5:30pm, which is amazing considering I just made the order around 4:30pm. Im very happy they 1) paid attention to detailed and questioned my delivery date and 2) were able to accommodate my order and deliver within an hour or ordering. My mom texted me photos of it and it was a nice arrangement of giant chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you!

Received a arrangement for my birthday as well as my Mom as we share the same Birthday from my Dad. He spent over a $100.00 for both. The several flowers made out of pineapple all were hard in the centers so you could only eat the rounded edges. The strawberries taste mushy. My Mom had the same experience with her fruit. The only fruit in both that was alright and had a OK flavor was the honeydew balls and cantelope balls. Quite a expensive gift for both of us to have with hardly much to really eat and enjoy. For that amount if $ all the fruit should have been edible and of good quality.

I live 1 mile away from this place. Walked in at 615pm and ordered a new smoothie. This smoothie picture was huge on the front window. The lady was rude, looks like she had put everything away and was closing down. 7pm was the closing time on a Friday. She made the smoothie wrong, asked me 3 times which one I wanted. After I paid for what she made up I went next door to buy Chinese food. We walked out at 630pm and she was locking up, I guess I passed her off by coming in when she was closing down...smoothie was not good and fruit was old.

Late delivery and the fruit wasnt fresh. I placed the order with the Riverview location because this one had a few bad ratings and was told they owned both locations. She said the Lithia location would handle the order because they were closer. When I informed the owner of the late delivery she said her in-laws managed the shop on Lithia and apologized. When I initially placed the order I was told they usually deliver to schools first, by 11am.

Horrible experience. Was told the delivery was to be made before a certain time and failed to do so. My early anniversary present to my wife was a complete failure. Manager seemed to have no sympathy of the situation and refused to give a refund for their mistake.

The owner is beyond nasty. Losing customers one undelivered arrangement at a time! Then tops it of by refusing to refund you and hanging up on you when you call to complain! Nobody I know will order from here again. And BBB will get several complaints on her!
