I was totally excited to surprise my sister with a dozen tulips. When I first called, I had talked to 3 different people, not a big deal as I am not in the store to understand why I could not just deal with one. I was given the hours of operation as well which is that they close at 3pm. I had ordered the flowers around 11 and they were delivered by 1pm latest. AWESOME RIGHT! WRONG! When my sister sent me the pictures of the tulips, I was so disappointed on how they literally just stuck them in a clear plain vase with water and called it a day. I specifically spoke with one of the 3 reps and said I AM NOT GIRLY, I know nothing about flowers which is why I am calling a flower "specialist" who you would THINK knows how to arrange flowers to make them look nice...just like the ones I seen on their web page. I told her all I know is that is has to be tulips and for you guys to do or add whatever else to make it look pretty and presentable like the ones on the webpage. So when I get the pic of what my sister was sent, I was heartbroken; although she was happy just from the gesture. They looked nothing like the webpage, no ribbon, no extra pazazz or ANYTHING. One of the many gifts I received on vday was tulips from Walgreens and THOSE looked better than the mess they sent my sister! So when I call back to try and get something solved, with NO attitude, I instead get one back. I guess they took offense because I was not satisfied, but at the same sense tried not to do anything else except go pick up the flowers from my sister and give me a refund. Apparently that is their only way of solving issues. After trying to come to an alternate conclusion of switching it out with another tulip arrangement that I seen on the website, like the FIRST time I called, and realizing the "manager" Kim just was talking with such attitude I just quit and decided on the refund. Unfortunately my sister had left at this point and was on the way back home for them to take the flowers back. So then Kim proceeds to tell me she is closing at 2 instead, an hour early, for a wedding in which she did not inform me of earlier which is probably the rush to not fix the issue came from. Why couldnt she just be up front? And then the nerve to compare me to other customers who "didnt complain on vday for the same [pathetic] arrangement, so why am I?" How dare you ask me that? She compared me to others that came in and knew what they bought to ME who was online and made clear that I want my arrangement to look pretty like those in the same price range category, not PLAIN and lame. TO TOP IT ALLLL OFF. When I finally got off work, I went to my sisters to see the flowers and one was scared up and ALL the leaves looked like caterpillars were having a field day PLUS brown leaves everywhere; they clearly gave her the bottom of the barrel, leftover flowers =(. The next morning when they arrived to pick up the display, they called my sister JUST TO give HER an attitude, and she had NOTHING to do with it as it was a surprise from me! (Although she admitted it being the worst quality flowers she ever seen). The entire experience was just sad, really sad and I am so disappointed. Customer service was pathetic. Thanks for the tears Bloomingdale Flowers!

I have had many wonderful experiences with this florist. So, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of tulips and hydrangea for my Mother-in-laws wedding. I was very pleased with the arrangement. I picked it up on Saturday because they were closed on Sunday, the day of the wedding. Unfortunately the morning of the wedding after following all of the florists directions the hydrangea were wilted and some petals turned brown. We did our best to fix it right before the wedding but were very disappointed. The day after the wedding I shared pictures with the florist. They were very apologetic and offered to compensate for my troubles. Even with my disappointment, I would use this florist again.

I have never gone back to this florist. I had a coupon to use one time and they wouldnt honor it. There was no reason to not honor it either. I went round and round with them and they had the "I dont care" attitude, so I decided to go else where and havent been back. Its a shame because there store window looks beautifully decorated and friendly, but the owner (I want to say her name was Gayle) needs a lesson in customer service. I guess you have to spend more $$$ to get better customer service :(

My girlfriend ordered me flowers and has them delivered to my office. They looked nothing like the picture online. I called to ask about this and the lady who answered the phone (Marilyn) was completely rude and didnt believe me. I offered to send her a picture of the flowers, she blew me off and told me they would just pick my flowers up and drop off new ones and then she hung up on me. I was totally disappointed. Probably never doing business here again :(

I ordered flowers a day before Grandparents Day around 11:30 AM online, they where already delievered by 1 PM the SAME DAY!! I was in shock! Gorgeous arrangement. By far the best service I have ever received from a florist! And the most gorgeous flowers ever! I have had such horrible luck in the past, but this place derserves some great credit! I def. will use them for everything here on out!

I live in Texas and my mother lives in Brandon. I have used Bloomingdales for over 10 years and trust that when I call in my order from Texas that the flowers that are delivered are beautiful and fresh. I have never been disappointed. When my mother describes her flowers they have always exceeded my expectations. They are the best florist in the Tampa area without exception.

I was desperately looking for white tulips for my moms wedding a day. After christmas. Every place I called were completely out luckily I found the Bloomingdale florist and they were able to find the exact number of tulips I needed to make my moms dy special with her favorite flowers! They were so polite an helpful!! Deffinitly will continue to use them in the future!!!

My husband just had flowers delivered to me for Valentines Day and they are beautiful. Ive uploaded a photo and its waiting for approval. He has bought me flowers from Bloomingdale Florist several times and theyve always been beautiful. The flowers today were delivered by a very nice woman who was very happy to present me with the beautiful roses.

Ordered flowers to be delivered today for my wife and daughter. Not only were they very polite on the phone they did exactly what we agreed upon. In a world where its becoming increasingly difficult to find a business that will do what they say, I assure you this one will. Highly recommend and I will definitely be using them again!!!

Amazing flowers at a reasonable price. While the store is small you will find everything you could want from a local florist. What truly sets this shop above the rest is their customer service. From picking out the flowers to helping you get them to the car; their service and hospitality is what is missing in todays big business world.
