Spent $60+ for a SYMPATHY arrangement & there was not even one Lilly it! Debbie told me lillies would be in the arrangement. Since "lilies suggest that the soul of the deceased has returned to a peaceful state of innocence", I dont understand how you can forget this flower. I called Debbie back and expressed my disappointment & was told that somebody else made the arrangement. In comparison to making funeral arrangements for your deceased son, Im sure that a sympathy arrangement that didnt have lillies in it, is a minor disappointment. I called a few days later to explain this to the owner, but he was defensive and argumentive. He claimed I did not want lillies in the arrangement. Actually, I specifically instructed Debbie to replace the carnations......not the lillies. Wow.....you made a mistake and then had the audacity to argue about it afterwards. Nice! Upon receipt of a "disappointed customer" call, I wouldve rushed a bundle of fresh cut lillies over to those grieving parents......but hey, that just me! I just had a family member ask me which florist to use in Zephyrhills while I was writing this review....... you can guess who I told them NOT to use! Spend your $$$$ elsewhere!

I have used Marion Smith Florist since 1996. I have never been disappointed during those many years of floral purchases for a variety of occasions. The flowers have always been delivered on time, which is very important to me as I usually seem to order flowers at the last minute. They have a great reminder service, notifying me ahead of time when a birthday, or especially an anniversary is coming up! Recipients often comment on pretty and long lasting the flowers are. Great value for the $$.

The BEST florist in town!You guys work so hard and do a tremendous job.My parentsarrangement was delivered at close to 2 am today just so it was delivered on time . My mom LOVES the arrangement by the way! Not many companies will go out of their way to keep their customers happy!Always polite and have never had any issues getting what ordered.Very talented florists ,and always extremely professional! Theres a reason they have 5 stars and have been in the area for decades!

Marion Smith Florist in Zephyrhills ALWAYS has sent beautiful flowers and arrangements, plants etc. Have used them for years. My wife, Terry, works at Quail Hollow Animal Hospital, and she always gives positive remarks on the personnel at Marion Smith Florists. I was on a very small budget and needed the flowers delivered. The staff was very nice and Willing to work with my budget. They were the 3rd place I called and had a bad experience with the other 2. Will be using their services again! The flowers were beautiful as well! Extremely satisfied!!!!
