I live in Kentucky and needed to send flowers to Zephyrhills. I found several florists and because of the reviews chose Chalet Florist for my first arrangement. When it was delivered to the nursing home, she was thrilled and that was about six weeks ago. When needing to send a second arrangement two weeks later to a different family member, I called Chalet Florist and asked for a different arrangement. They are still thanking me for both of these wonderful arrangements because they still look wonderful. They have recommended this florist to many people in the area. Chalet Florist has been wonderful.

I have ordered over 20 floral arrangements over the years and the arrangements were full and premium flowers. The last two mothers days I paid $100 and $50 respectively, and got an arrangement both times of mostly greenery, inexpensive carnations and closed flowers and lilies. I was so embarrassed my mother got a bouquet I could have bought at Publix. So disappointed.. I cant believe the flowers looked so cheap, especially after asking the owner, are you sure I will get a really full, nice arrangement. I told her I would pay more and she assured me they would be really nice.

Kim is extremely helpful in the process of flower purchase. She always has ideas to delight the consumer. As a resident of Western Canada, I must trust others to take care of flowers for my Mother who resides in Florida. While I have only ordered twice from Chalet, I will continue to do so due to the fact that my 70+ yr old Mother is extremely delighted with the flowers she has received to date. My many thanks for giving me the piece of mind that when I order from Chalet Mom will be satisfied.

I live out of state (Minnesota), so you never can be sure of what youre ordering. Weve ordered flowers and plants from a couple of the other florists in Zephyrhills, but always with a problem (poor quality, poor delivery, etc.). Kim and her team at Chalet Florist do it right every time -- beautiful arrangements and plants, great customer service, and reasonable prices. Weve ordered from Chalet several times now and always had a super positive experience -- well be back!!! Thanks Kim!

In the past I used to order flowers online for mothers day and other special occassions. One time Chalet florist got the order from FTD and my mother called me and told me how amazing the white lillies looked....I have never used anyone else since then. I call direct and get the same lovely service and excellent delivery. My mother will be happy to know that I am sending another bouquet for her birthday! Fresh lively flowers that do not die in a week.

Live up in Syracuse, NY but have been using Chalet Florist to have Christmas and Easter arrangements delivered to my in-laws in Zephyrhills for a couple of years now. Prices seem fair relative to what we see in the pictures we get. And, most important, my mother-in-law raves about them every time. Have them in my Google contacts now so I never forget who to call down there.

Absolutely the best florist I have ever called! Kim, at Chalet Florist, made an absolutely lovely arrangement for my Mother in law, for her Easter Birthday. I live in northern NY, and have been disappointed by some of the online results, for florists in Florida. I googled, and discovered rave reviews for Chalet Florist. They lived up to the reviews.

Best experience ever. I brought in a picture of a bouquet my sister wanted for her wedding and got a masterpiece delivered right on time to the venue the day of the wedding. I counted on Chalet Flowers and they went above and beyond for us. Ill be a repeat customer for sure.

Just spoke with Kim for a last minute Christmas order. She didnt have what I wanted in stock, but promised to get it the next day. A cute Christmas Norfolk pine with decorations, just in time for Christmas! Reasonably priced and great, efficient and friendly service.

Ordered a rose and when I went to pick up Saturday noon they were close. Google said they open until 5pm. Called and the lady sounded very confused with the hours as well. Very sad I went home without it. Thank God I didnt pay ahead.

My boyfriend bought me flowers from here and I absolutely love them... My grandmother had them make flowers for my daughters second birthday as well.. Two pink little roses and she loved them and they still to this day look brand new :D
