This is the only dog park locally that does not make my dog sick. No stagnant water like at other local parks. Also, the veterinary prices are very reasonable, took my dog here after he had gotten bitten by another dog. They are the only vet Ive been to who did not treat me or my dog poorly because he is a protection trained belgian malinois. They took extra precautions to ensure their safety and my dogs safety and comform. They went out of their way to keep an angry, in pain, protection trained belgian malinois calm and comfortable and safe. The vet clinic here went out of their way to fit me in very quickly and affordably. They went out of their way to track down ALL of my young dogs medical records before seeing him. This will be very helpful to have all records in one place. They went out of their way to accommodate my very angry and scared hurting dog, and out of their way for me as well. Thr store has an excellent selection of healthy products for a working dog and for my fat old lab. They have everything I need for my horse as well. Ive never seen any unsafe or cruel products here. Ive never gotten a bad batch of grain, hay or kibble here. All products have been excellent quality. All staff has been very helpful and informative when I have questions about products.

My pup, kids, and I all stood in front of a locked glass case filled with medicated items for about 15-20 minutes. A clerk came by and decided to play with my puppy instead of helping us out. I didnt come into the store just to have the clerk play or attempt to train my dog to sit on "her" command. If I wanted my dog to learn Id obviously teach him myself or take him to a professional dog training school. My intent was to purchase several high end products. Instead of getting some assistance, the store clerk just took off with another employee without helping us out. Thanks to their pathetic service, I have to go to a stupid Petco or Petsmart for quality service. It was great going to this store but because of their bad service, I will no step foot into this place. I will no longer speak highly of this store.

The Good: Very clean dog park with the AstroTurf outside. Great place if your trying to avoid muddy places in our weather! The pet selection inside the store is great too! The Bad: This is the only place Ive taken my dog to be around other dogs and two days ago he was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. This is the second time its happened. The first time was about 6 months ago in September and happened right after visiting this dog park. Just to be clear he has never been around any other animals during this time period and has all his shots including Bordetella (for kennel cough). If your dog is susceptible to catching anything or you dont have the $300 to spend on getting him back to health then I recommend another dog park. Otherwise I loved this place enough to go every weekend and nowhere else!

I started coming to this clinic after a recommendation by a close friend. I cant even find the right words to describe how much I love this clinic. My dogs are American Akitas and not always the most cooperative at the vets office. There is a particular technician there named Curtis who provides the utmost care and handling when it comes to my girls. He is patient and kind and has always provided a sense of comfort to me and my pups which I havent found at any of the clinics I have tried using in the Kent area. The clinic is clean, the techs and DVMs listen to your concerns and questions and have always provided phenomenal service. I couldnt be happier with my experiences there.

Took my 130lb American Bulldog to Reber Ranch to use their self serve dog wash facilities. The girl who runs the dog-wash was very knowledgeable and provided us with some special medicated shampoo and conditioner which thoroughly helped our dogs skin. She also suggested we feed our dog some fish oil to which we purchased and are using. Seems to work well, our dogs coat has never looked better. The dog wash price was 10% less than nearby competitors while being equally as easy to use. Well be back, for sure.

Love love love Reber Ranch, my dog loves going to the dog park. We love meeting all the other dogs and owners and the park is just an all around nice place to take your dog. I buy all my dog food and treats here, and they have a pretty big selection. I did have an issue with the grooming salon, however, the store manager went above and beyond to talk with me about my situation, and did an amazing job to make the situation better. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!!

Very reasonable prices compared to our local in-city Feed & Seed store!! Wish there were more locations, but I know in-city probably wouldnt keep them alive! Very friendly & helpful staff. Just a pleasure to walk in the store even for your 1st visit! Warm, welcoming, & just an all around great group of folks & a great store! Thanks for your Sunday hours & your help when Im w/out my husbands muscle! Lol, but very true!! Keep up the great work!!

The male vet let my puppy go for two weeks with Giardia and didnt telling us. Rude and felt like they were taking us for our money when we had a sick puppy. The other vet there did tell us about the Giardia eventually and got some medicine there but took our pup to a different vet and he is healthy now. The people in the store part are grate but doesnt make up for experience we had in the vet.

Love the Dog Wash! There is always someone available to assist you with knowing the where and how of the equipment. The area is always clean or being cleaned. The price can not be beat. Having an 83lb Airedale, I need something fast and easy and the NO clean up and NO water all over my house is a real plus. Thank you Reber Ranch for having this amenity.

Reber staff are quick to offer assistance. This facility caters to so many animal lovers in the community. They have supplies for everything from hamsters to horses. It even hosts cat adoptions. They are my go-to place for gifts with a great kid/toy section and home decor as well. How do they fit it all in???

I have been coming to for a variety of services over the last 21 years. Constant dedicated employees always willing to help. Now I bring my new larger breed in to have his nails done. And to get a bath. The larger tubs are amazingly convenient for those of us with minor disabilities

Its your "happy place" as a pet owner! Its all there, dog park, veterinarian, grooming, washing stations, coffee shop (free!) and a selection of pet products and food that is second to none. Equine and livestock too! The customer service is excellent as well.

All the employees are super nice and helpful! I just bought my chicks there and sydney helped me! I had a million questions and she stood there the whole time with me and I didnt feel rushed or anything. Really great prices and customer service!
