The employees here always remember my familys dogs and are very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have good variety to cater to different needs and carry good-quality, innovative, and new products. Even with the plethora of choices available here on the Eastside, I still drive past three other pet supply stores to go to Mud Bay.
