So I came here to check out new Bluetooth speakers. They had a very small selection to start with and they all looked the same but for different prices. I had a very nice representative show me one that was good by taking it out of the box and giving me a live demo so i could see just how good the speaker was. I thanked him for his help and he was on his way. I continued to look though to make sure that I wouldnt end up buying something and hating it, so I grabbed one that had a different type of packaging. To my surprise when I picked it up the packaging fell apart and it was obvious that it had been damaged some way. Since the packaging fell apart I figured I might as well try this one to see if it sounded any different since it had different packaging. My girlfriend and I sat on the ground and tested it out with our music since the display one would only play one preselected song which wasnt even my type of music. As we are listening to it sharing opinions we get approached by a large man in a yellow shirt telling us that we arent allowed to open these things and he kept pushing the idea that we had to buy it now, to which I told him that we didnt open it it was already damaged and came out by itself. He continued to be an all around jerk even though I was explaining to him that we were intending to buy one but couldnt tell the difference between them to which he replied they are all the same and all sound the same. He then told me that there was a demo one which wasnt even the one I was holding and that I need to use that one to test them. I then asked him if I could play my own music on here and he said yes you can and I said no I cant and he went to press the button and realized that I couldnt play my own so he then said that I could use the demo they had to which I responded no I cant because I dont listen to that kind of music. Aggravated I asked him if he was trying to imply that we intended to steal this product to which he got more in my face, to where he was practically spitting on me, and started being smart saying if that was the case that he would be calling the cops and kicking me out as if he was doing a favor by harassing me instead. He left us by practically yelling at us not to open any more which we hadnt in the first place. I then took my $30 speaker up to the front to pay for it and to my not so surprise it rang up as $42. Good thing my buddy yellow shirt was near by because now we had to do a price check. Yellow shirt stands there for a good six mins looking at the speakers trying to find which one it was that said it was $30, finally realizing what I had said all along that the speakers were different and had very little printed on the box to tell you which was which. He then angrily hands me the speaker that I wanted in the color I didnt want because they couldnt find mine because it was so disorganized. Worst shopping experience Ive ever had. Do not go here spend the gas and go ANYWHERE else.

There is not nearly enough staff members on hand to deal with the large amount of customers! They have very nice, quality electronics but customer assistance is all but non existent unless you first, manage to find an employee that has the time and the desire to find out exactly what youre looking for(If you just have a general idea of what you want, like a phone, youre out of luck!), then lead you through a maze of isles to the area that handles the specific type and brand of item youre looking for. At that point youre left there to find the end of the line that you need to wait in so you can write down your name and number. Then you wait! At some point I guess they call your number, assuming you have a number to call and youre not there to buy a new phone!?! I dont know because Ive always run out of patience before my number was called and just found the particular department myself and picked out the model that seemed to be the one to fit my needs. After the first couple of visits to this Best Buy, I got a better fix on the layout of the place so I new the general area to go to to start looking around at the various models and you are on your own. Its a shame because they really do have quality merchandise, its just the lack of good leadership that keeps me from going to this particular Best Buy anymore.

I will never return to this store. I go in looking at speakers, they have 1 guy in electronics department. Service was so poor, took over 20 minutes to get done with the first person he was looking for a simple radio. When Im finally helped the first guy had no clue what he was even doing. It took him 10 minutes to get me a price of subwoofer. And then after Im done finally looking Im then harassed at the door by the receipt checker. He starts by proceeding saying that I can take back what I "Stole" and every time I try to leave he steps in front of me. He starts to tell me that he has me on camera, people are looking at me it was so embarrassing. I tell him how in the hell would I steal a subwoofer ?!!! He thens tells me he "SAW" me stick my hand in the box I never even touched anything !! After I done about yelled in his face he was just like uh uh uh you can leave because he looks like a complete jackass when I did nothing wrong. Claims to use to work as a "FBI" agent. Ahahaha that was great, and then when I returned with my dad and had it out with his manager and he kept saying do you want to see the camera video ? About 10 times in a row my dad says yeah lets see it and then once again he goes actually the cameras were down. WHATTTTT !!!!! But yes I would highly not recommend this store to anyone !!

Must be nice to be the big kid on the block. Ordered appliances (fridge, washer and dryer) and the washer got delivered broken. Guys didnt install the dryer or the pedestals. Oh yeah, we also have a nice hole in the wall from the washer in our first and new construction house (at least theyre supposed to fix that). Went in to reschedule the delivery for a non-broken washer. They "rescheduled" it for a few days later. My wife took off to receive the delivery, 4 hours later, nothing. No one showed up, mind you I got the confirmation call the night before. We both called, I was listening to their call waiting for a solid 30 minutes and gave up. My wife got a hold of someone to find out that they only scheduled an install, who didnt show up. Guy on the phone "setup" a delivery, but I didnt trust him so I went to the store again to straighten the issue up to find out that they only setup a delivery and no installation. Sat around for them to fix the situation for an hour and a half. Maybe they got it worked out. Well see in a few days, but wow.... Wasted 6 hours of our day and they offered nothing for our inconvenience...
