Worst retail experience of my life, had our Samsung TV for 7and 1/2 weeks! Reviews were great so I didnt question paying up front. I cant imagine who wrote those reviews. Parts were delayed, more parts had to be ordered, calls not returned, "should be done today" multiple times...untrue. Finally asked for money back and was told it was done and we should have been called 3 weeks ago! They said they comped us some parts because of the delay. I dont know that that is not true but saw no receipts for parts. Got it home and the original problem seems to be solved but the bracket that allows it to be wall mounted was missing. Went back....had just called and they said they were open, got there and the door is locked. Waited.....they are clueless or worse, cant find it. So now we have a TV that cant be wall mounted.

I am not sure of the negative reviews, but I have had nothing but stellar service at TCB. Sonny is a genius. Everytime I need a repair or update he is always fast and the work is outstanding. I can only think of one time that service took longer than 48 hours and that was only because they stay busy with out calls and other larger jobs. Being busy is a sign that the service is great and should not be a detriment. Oftentimes people try to get over on you with additional costs or unrealistic completion expectations. That is not the case here. What you see is what you see is what you get, and it is great! Hopefully I wont have any other issues, but if I do I know where to go. Thanks Sonny! Thanks TCB Electronics!

The absolute worst experience! These good reviews must be fake. Had my LCD TV in for no picture. They said they would order the part and it would be ready in 4 days. Six weeks and countless calls later, they said that I can either pay for more parts or pick up my TV unfixed. The guy was rude during my calls and kept lying to me. These guys have no technical or customer service knowledge. Total frauds. They dont even deserve one star. Im going to pick up my TV and trash it. This is disgusting. Stay away!!!!

A friend told me about the wonderful job "tcb" did with their smart phone, so I decided to take my 40 inch flat screen tv with the cracked screen here to get fixed. When I returned to pick it up I was so impressed with the job they did, their knowledge, the customer service and their price that I will be coming back and I am referring them to my brother.

I had broken my TV trying to hang it on the wall of my kids room, (the screws ripped out of the wall, fell and cracked the screen.) They fixed the screen in a few days and even offered to hang the TV properly for me for $75. The TV is mounted in there very good now, and I have no worries about the TV falling anymore. Thanks guys!

Very unprofessional!! I contacted them through messenger to ask if they could unlock my daughters cell phone they asked me for the imei number and carrier and after they got the info they never replied my several messages regarding if it was possible for them to unlock the phone.

Brought my TV in for repair. These guys saved me a ton of money. I was able to keep my same set instead of having to purchase a new TV. They came right to my house and diagnosed it, ordered the parts on site. Then came back out to install. Definitely pleased.
