Consistently dismal customer service. Unfriendly mgmt & most of the staff. Had a very poor cut of meat that was at least 30℅ fat. Complained to mgmt next time in & just got a shrug of the shoulders & told we needed to bring the steak back in. Say what? How would we know how lousy the cut of meat was unless we cooked it & ate a portion of it? Mgmt made zero effort in even attempting to make it right. None. Offer us a coupon or a discount on our next shopping visit there. Weve been regular customers there & it hasnt been because of their customer service. Were done shopping here & will take our business to Meijers or Darrells Mkt. Meanwhile, mgmt here needs some remedial training on proper customer service & apparently its well known in the area from others weve talked to.

Whats up with the attitude of management & workers here? Passing through so stopped in. Some items cheap, others overpriced. People not friendly here whatsoever. If you hate your job that bad go find another one! Just stay out of customer service because nobody here seems to get it. Management staff has an apparent attitude & the poor attitudes trickle down to the employees. Its very apparent at this store. 15 min in & out turned into 45 min because of Lackluster service. Pull your heads out! Id never stop back here again. KMA

Small town grocery spartan brand people are friendly humble and down to earth however pn the down side youll spend 100 on what would cost you 50 at the bigger stores like walmart or meijer.
