Another reviewer gave this Ingles 5 stars. That is clearly a plant, so I just had to leave a review of my own. This is the worst grocery store you have ever encountered: produce rotting on the shelf with insects literally birthing from the rotted fruit, meat that if not consumed that day will give you food poisoning, packaged foods and dry goods on the shelf that expired 6 months ago, dairy products one week past their expiration yet still on the shelf to be sold. Seriously, I am upset that this is the only grocery store in my neighborhood, because it is disgusting. ... And there is no such thing as a quick trip to this Ingles. Oh, whats that, you just want to buy some bread? - 20 minutes. You just want to buy a six-pack of beer? In and out? Thats a safe bet, right? WRONG - 20 minutes. This store is the place where hope goes to die.

I am quite surprised at the management of this Ingles establishment. The Managers are very polite and go out of their way to assist and assure you are helped. I often see them open registers to speed your exit. I would like to see some of the employees be more courteous in the Deli area but overall they give good service. Of course their prices could be challengedThis store is also needed in this area and I am pleased that it remains open for this neighborhood community.

We came up to blue Ridge to hide away for a few days. I was unsure of what Id be able to eat because I have many dietary restrictions. However I was pleasantly surprised when I came grocery shopping! They offer so much that I can eat and more! Now Im wishing I had one in my town. Not to mention the starbucks café in store is perfect!

1 person works the hot bar fixing plates for a line of 20 customers, other kitchen workers are seen in the back, talking laughing not trying to help out or show team work. If youre on a time schedule, do not stop by during lunch hours. Managers should be hired to fix these problems because the existing ones are not paying attention.

The best part about this store is the prepared foods section in the back, its seriously good and only 5 bucks for a meal. Otherwise its merely ok. Avoid the freezer section here if you can, too many times the items Ive gotten out of there have been freezer burnt or showed signs of having thawed and been refrozen.

The black girl at the drug store counter is rude and made disgusting faces when my partner asked to leave his bag at the counter! Like she snarled UGH disgusting service made us feel uncomfortable! If youre looking for good service this ingles is not for you. Literally did a U-turn

As usual with Ingles, management ranges from aloof to surly. I still shop here though, because they have deals and merchandise that no one else does. Poor customer service training is killing Ingles stores; there are only two left in the area.

The worst management ever. The price is so high and i never seen any experenced employees they keep leaving this store because of how the employers treat them, the food is almos all expired i wish this store gone somewhere from this place.

Great little grocery store. Reminds me of going to the store when I was a kid. Definitely our go-to shop when we need something quick or dont need anything specific from other stores. Glad to have them close to home.

The five dollar Deli Meal is the business. I had fried chicken, mac & cheese and sweet potatoes (which I wouldnt recommend) everything else was delicious and its a steal really.

Watch for rotten fruits and veggies strategically place. Watch your receipt they think they slick. I am sure the old staff was fired for stealing from the register.

I bought Coconut Charcoal Briscits to Barbeque from Ingles. They wore wounderful to use my Barbeque accually better than typical Charcoal
