My first experience at this location was a disappointment. Upon checkout I was faced with an extremely rude, impatient and impersonal human being. She threw my items into the cart like they were trash and because of that broke a dish, the last one. She did not apologize, but instead grabbed it out of the cart and set it aside rudly. She did not say thank you or even have a nice day after checkout. She was a very rude person. Im not sure of her name but she had light colored, very short hair and sat at the register closest to the exit door. Needles to say I Probably wont be returning to this location for some time.

Lansing Guide

This Aldi is OK. Store manager is very ANTI-Freshness guatantee and the produce rots in a few days. The cooler temps are high so the yogurt and milk also often are spoiling at purchase. The customer service quality and cleanliness are the lowest in the area. Go to Okemos, its night and day different. The GF selections here are rarely stocked, so I end up shopping at foods for living or kroger anyway. Id bring my family of 6 business to Aldi if the manager could get her act together, but these things are slow to change.

This aldi location is well supplied with typical items. Beef is great quality and very well priced. Delicatessen section carries items you will not find in town, from ibérico ham to cheeses and olives. Check the wine aisle and try a few, you may be surprised by the quality of some wines given their price. Shopping there is quicker than in larger stores because it is often less crowded. Remember to bring your own bag. No paper or plastic bags are given. A quarter (refundable ) will give you access to the shopping cart.

The store is nice and clean, we know all the cashiers, they are great. They work fast and we can get in and out, hardly no waiting in line. The cashiers work their butts off and do a good job, cant say enough about them. The prices are good, and the store has many selections to choose from. We go there almost every week. Wish more stores were like Aldi.

Aldi is my favorite "regular" grocery store. Their products are very comparable and many times superior to national brands. Their prices can only be beat sometimes, and usually only by deep discounts at other stores such as Meijer. Theres no fussing around - you go in, get checked out quickly, and are done.

I love Aldi! Fresh produce; great quality food. This store was renovated around Dec. 2016. I can buy at least 80% of my grocery list here. They really stand by their double warranty. The only thing I dont like from Aldi is their generic Cheez-its, but Im picky about them =)

We have saved Hundreds of dollars by shopping at Aldi. Plus, the fresh produce and meat selections has actually inspired us to eat healthier, since there are less distractions to buy boxed foods. Great staff, great cart service and they even have Organic /gluten free foods.

This is such a friendly Aldi! I have always been surprised by the friendliness of the workers and of the shoppers! I much prefer shopping at this Aldi than any of the other grocery stores nearby, and thats not even considering the fantastic prices offered at the store.

Aldis prices are always great and their service is always superb! The store was remodeled in the summer of 2016 and it looks great, although its flow is slightly different than some of the other Aldi stores. I prefer this location over others in the Lansing area.

Clean and well stocked. Lots of unique grocery items that you cant find anywhere else and low prices. The quality is amazing. Though you will have to try each to see if you like them. My family prefers Also stuff over name brand with very few exceptions.

As someone who generally dislikes shopping (especially for groceries) I absolutely love Aldi. I can get in, get what I need, and get out within 10 minutes flat because everything is perfectly organized and easy to find and the cashiers are beyond fast.

I love ALDI! The employees are always so helpful, the store is well organized and the prices just cant be topped! Plus, its great to be able to get nice imported foods like German chocolates, Italian cheeses and oils from Spain for such a great price.

I go here maybe once a month to "stock up", but Id go more often if there was one near East Lansing. This location cleaner and more organized than many of the grocery stores Ive shopped at, and youll never find empty racks on specials for the week.

Great store with a friendly staff! They have more and more organic and healthy options which is wonderful. This is a place I shop at weekly and never have had an problem. Even when needing to return items it is fast and easy.

The produce, dairy and meat selections are fresh and of high quality. Some of their cleaning supplies are hit and miss in how well they work. The workers are friendly and its always a good experience.

I like the expanded floor plan but you still tend to get caught behind a line of people with carts that are overflowing. The cashiers do a great job of checking people out very fast

Great prices if you dont mind store brand. I wouldnt do ALL my shopping here but its great for essentials. Also, they have a decent organic selection and dont use artificial dyes.

Look more modern after renovation (August 2016)! The store carries more products varieties, and, of course, price is incredibly low, as always at Aldi. Good products, good price!
