I will start off by saying that the vehicle I purchased here is in excellent condition and for that, I am grateful. I bought the vehicle 4 months ago and it has given me great performance and reliability. THIS IS A TESTAMENT TO THE QUALITY OF A HONDA VEHICLE. I also want to give some praise to Job Haugabook and all of his hard work through the purchasing process. My only concern is that he is hard to reach and inattentive after the sale. However, during the process, he is personable, respectful, and truly hustles for the customer’s needs. On another note, my experience with the management was less than quality. Now, I understand the lengthy process that is buying a vehicle and financing through the dealership. On the day that I went to purchase the vehicle, the dealership was short-staffed (which ultimately is not the customer’s problem). The time it took to complete the purchasing process was not the issue as I understood the finance manager was swamped and management was trying to accommodate everyone (the sales manager ultimately gave a free oil change for the length amount of time). When I left with the car, I assumed I would receive correspondence from the bank about the financing of the vehicle and begin payment. Over a month’s time went by and nothing of the sort came to me. After calling the dealership multiple times and leaving messages for someone to call me back (none of which were returned) about my first payment, I finally spoke with someone who advised my papers were sent back to the dealership to be re-done. The issue was that the finance manager incorrectly recorded one number in the interest rate, so when it was submitted to the bank, the entire package was kicked back to the dealership. This issue should have been rectified immediately; however, it was only rectified after calling several times to inquire. Let’s be clear that they did NOT notify me to take care of THEIR mistake. Finally, I made an appointment with the sales manager at the dealership to sign another set of papers to submit to the bank. Despite my scheduled appointment time, I waited 45 minutes before I could see the finance manager (at that time, I dealt with a different finance manager). After expressing my frustration to the sales manager with the amount of time it was taking to accomplish anything (I scheduled a time because I needed to be somewhere else thereafter), the sales manager gave me another free oil change and immediately fit me in the schedule to sign papers. Fast forward to the first oil change needed since the purchase of the new vehicle (note: the car requires synthetic oil and this runs $50 or greater). When the oil change was completed, I advised the cashier about my two free oil changes (which I was advised would be in the system) that came with the purchase of the car. She told me she did not have that information and could not follow through with that request and that I should take it up with my salesman. After reasoning with her for a few minutes, she advised me of same. I was not satisfied with this response, so I called the dealership, yet again, to rectify the situation. I spoke with a nice young lady whom I expressed my concern. After putting me on hold for a short time, she came back on the phone and advised she would send me two Oil Change Vouchers in the mail and also note the information in the system. To date, I have yet to receive these vouchers in the mail. I would not be surprised if they still have not noted the information in their system. Needless to say, I just want the few things I was entitled to with the purchase of the vehicle. I am not here to take advantage of the system. I can confidently say that after everything is fulfilled, I will not be returning for further service of my vehicle nor will I make a recommendation for AutoNation Honda to any of my family and friends.

I have to take a minute out of my day to recognize Autonation Honda Clearwater and 2 of their employees.. My husband and our 4 children had been searching and searching for the perfect vehicle for us and had not been successful at a few places. We discovered a vehicle that was for sale at this dealership and knew it was perfect for us! We live in Orlando and were willing to drive 2.5 hours to Clearwater for this vehicle. We were nervous, and anxious but contacted Job Haugabook at automation Clearwater and told him we really wanted this vehicle and asked him to help. He was more than helpful. He is a genuine, hard working, caring employee who was determined to get us in our dream car! Job was working alongside of Thomas Lin who was doing everything in his power to get us approval for this car. He spent countless hours on his computer, and many hours on the phone to get us the absolute best deal he could!! After an entire day of going back and forth.. on a Sunday at 4:30 pm we hadnt heard back yet on an approval because Job and Thomas were continually working it. My husband and I took a leap of faith, jumped in the car and headed toward Clearwater in hopes to get some good news!! When arrived at 6:45 pm to meet Job and Thomas still working on our deal. Which mind you was already an hour and a half after closing time. When we got to the dealership we fell in love with the car and Job and Thomas were going to do whatever it took to send my family back to Orlando in that car! After much deliberation and many hours at 10:45 pm on a Sunday (almost 6 hours after closing time) my family and I headed back to Orlando in our new vehicle happy as ever!!! I cant thank Job and Thomas enough for their dedication, commitment, and hard work for my family. We are more than grateful and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We would recommend this dealership and these employees to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. They truly took care of us and now we are riding safely and comfortably in our new car!! Thank you Job and Thomas!! Go see them! Great dealership!

If I could I would give them negative 5 stars. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation on my 2013 Honda Accord Sport. I left this place with my car being worst then what I came with. Every time I go in for service they find something that needs to be replaced and I have always done so. This time when I left the dealer my car was making vibration noises and shaking that I wasnt used to. I called back and spoke with a lady about getting my car checked at again. She confirmed me to come in and she assured me that I would get a loner car to go back to work. I came there the next day and the assistant service manager was rude about doing the service on my car and denied me to get a loner car. I have always came to Autonation Honda Clearwater for service since I got my car. The technician found out that the vibration was from the front tires being cuped and that was caused by lack of rotation and alignment was not accurate. I have not gone to any other service department other than Autonation Honda Clearwater so this is obviously their mistake. I have done 6 total oil changed, tire rotations and inspections with them always on time. Also, 8 months ago they said I needed a alignment done to my car and I also have done so. I have now got an second opinion on my car service and they have told me that the tire rotation wasnt done on time and the that the alignment wasnt done right at dealership. To remind you I got the "tire rotation" done with them 2 days ago. They just kept telling me I need to pay more money to get something fixed that was damaged by the car dealership themselves. 1. General manager wasnt available. 2. Never got a loner! Even though I have extened warranty. They told me I had to pay $30 a day for a rental and I had to pay for my taxi to get to the rental place (ridiculous) because the one they use next door was closed on Sundays. If you dont want your car damaged by the people that are supposed to be fixing your car and maintaning it, STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE!!
