Bought a F-150 off of them about 2 weeks ago. Everything seamed to be good on the test drive. The sales guy (Brandon) said it was a great truck and had "brand new" tires on it (which was not true). The Carfax showed a minor accident on it in 2006, which I thought wasnt a big deal - if someones been driving around the truck for 8 years it must be alright. Brandon also told me that it was a single owner vehicle, which the carfax showed it wasnt, but whatever, that wasnt going to detour me from the truck, since it was the best looking truck that Ive found in my price range with the stuff I wanted (Supercrew, 4x4, etc.) After possession of the car things started going down hill. On the highway on the way home it pulled pretty hard to the left. I thought that it just needed an alignment, which they should have done, but I wasnt going all the way back out to Clinton Twp for something that I can got done for $40 bucks at my buddies shop. I also felt a miss in the engine at highway speeds and a whining in the rear end at highway speeds, which I didnt hear on the test drive because its too faint at driving speed. Upon taking it into my buddies shop to get an alignment and the rear end looked at we found that 1. the frame on the left side was bent and theres no way wed ever get the car into alignment without getting it pulled. A scan of the computer showed that there where codes for misfire on cylinder 6, O2 sensors, ERG, and Catalyst efficiency below limit, but no "check engine" light on. After taking the instrument cluster out to check the bulb we discovered that there was NO BULB for the check engine light. The Catalyst efficiency code ended up being an exhaust leak at the manifold and while checking the whining in the rear end (that ended up being a bad bearing, but not a surprise at 148k miles) we also discovered a shoty attempt to weld up an exhaust leak further back. Im not sure if B&B knew about the missing check engine bulb when, or if the owner before took it out, but they need to do a better job at identifying mechanical problems and either fix them or let the buyer know that they exist (per state law). Update: When I bought the truck Brandon told me that he had a brush guard that he would sell me for the truck. He said he didnt have the brackets for it so Id have to get the brackets. I ended up getting a brush guard from a friend for free and upon trying to install it I found that there was apparently already a brush guard on the truck that seams to have been cut off from the looks of it. Theres a broken rusted out bolt on one side where the mounts would have gone and both sides looks like theres marks where someone took a saw or cutoff wheel to the brush guard mounts to get it off. I also bought a set of nerf bars to put on and upon attempting to install those I found that some of the wholes where damaged and bent outward where it looks like someone took a hammer to the mounts of the previously installed bars to get them off because those bolts where also rusted. 5 of the 8 holes on the pass. side where completely damaged to where I would not be able to to put the U nuts in to bolt the Nerf bar mounts. I seriously regret my decision to buy from this seller and will do everything in my power to make sure everybody I come into contact with never goes to this place. Whatever you do, do not purchase a vehicle from this place if you dont want to get screwed.

I bought a Toyota 4Runner here and I did my research. 4 runners are one of the best, most reliable SUVs out there according to consumer reports. When I drove this off the lot I noticed some things wrong with it: no air conditioning, broken rear wiper, no wiper fluid, broken lights outside and inside the car and a noisy serpentine belt. Well a few things turned into a lot of things. I had to get a new radiator, new a lot of things. I bought the 4Runner in January and in less than 4 months I have put over $2,000 into this car. Also the car fax looks super sketchy, so please never go completely off of a carfax! Now my car has very severe mechanical issues, there was a leak in my radiator that seeped through my fuse box. Now when I drive it, it beeps uncontrollably and was forced to remove the horn fuse. I unfortunately dont have the money to fix any expensive mechanical problems and the car is no where near worth what I paid B & B and in repairs. I also found out today that before the car got to B & Bs lot, it was sold for $2,500. B&B charged me $5,500. Im just so upset and bummed that I had to learn an expensive life lesson. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET A USED CAR CHECKLIST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS OKAY BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING. Take it to your trusted mechanic, make sure you do everything to cover yourself. Learn from me people!

This company ( B & B car company ) is not interested in selling vehicles. I contacted them several times and spoke to Paul and not once did I get a call back though I was ensured I would. What a joke. I ending up finding something in California and will be heading there this week to pick it up. I buy a lot of out of state cars and have never been treated like a non customer. Ive been in the car business for almost 20 years and have never in my life experienced such lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge about a companies product or even the lack of....will...to try and find the answers that are asked. If I treated my clients like I was treated....well....thats easy to figure out. I would have no clients. My opinion, especially after just recently reading other reviews about these guys....stay away. There are much much better companies out there that will take care of you as a professional should.

Went there to buy a car. Drove it, found a bent rim. The salesmen suggested moving the bent rim to the back of the car or trying to balance the tire and rim. Neither is safe. Then, they came up with another rim and tire that were not correct. Two things kept us from buying the car...the bent rim, and the arrogance and ignorance of the sales staff. They acted like we inconvenienced them by trying to come up with a solution to the bent rim. They did nothing to try to resolve the issue except "make a couple calls". All this after we drove all day to purchase a car that was assured to be in perfect shape. The sales staff or their "mechanic" obviously did not drive the car. If they did, and they knew about the bent rim...thats even worse. Bottom line: Buyer beware. UNTRUSTWORTHY, SHYSTERS!
