Purchased a 2007 Audi S4. I traveled from Long Island NY to see the vehicle described on the Website. I exchanged several emails with Denny Dotson, who responded timely to each email and answered all questions. Since I was visiting my daughter at The OSU, I decided to take a chance and go see the Audi. WHen I got there, the car looked great!! It was everything Denny described, and the vehicle was very well detailed and ready to be seen. I took the car for a drive, came back to the dealership and bought it. The car was perfect!!! It looked great and ran great!! The car was clearly very well maintained and cared for by prior owners, and Denny assured me of this on his emails. I am usually a skeptic and a worrier, so I figured something would not be right with the car. .I had a good feeling about Denny Dotson from his open, candid and honest responses on email, so I just had a feeling inside that all would be good, and it was! I drove the car home for a 10 hour trip, and it ran "first class" all the way home!! So today (2 weeks later), I decided to go by the Audi dealer to program a new key that I bought, and while I had the car there I met a friend that worked there. He did me a favor and looked at the car. Besides the car looking BEAUTIFUL and a perfect example of an S4 with 6 speed manual, the dealer also said the car was clean mechanically, just as it looks on the outside. I gave the dealer approval to check the fluids and do an oil change if needed, and his response was that he would love to change the oil and charge me, but the oil looked perfect and like honey!! He was impressed with the car, just like I was. I felt so good about the dealers comments, I decided to write a review for the 1st time in my life. Nice job Denny Dotson!!! If all your cars are like mine, then you have a FIRST CLASS dealership!! I let Denny know 2 weeks in advance I would be coming, and the vehicle was sitting and waiting for me when I arrived. There was no pressure and no tactics, I felt very comfortable with Denny and his staff and so did my wife and daughter. I was very impressed and Denny worked with me as best he could on pricing and we both felt it was a fair deal for the quality car I bought. Thanks Denny Dotson, you were awesome to work with!! Make sure all your cars are like mine, and every customer will feel the same way I do!! Excellent Dealership with a lot of beautiful cars!! Worth the trip from Long Island NY!! SW

Updated review. I was able to purchase the Jeep I wanted, but I had several issues with the lack of follow-through with the dealership. 1) The oil wasnt changed and the anti-freeze was low, 2) There was a leak with the hard top which caused the rear and passenger side carpet to be soaked, 3) Months after I purchased the vehicle, while at the BMV to get my yearly sticker, I found out they hadnt transferred my plates. I was driving on plates still tied to the car I traded in months before--illegally! No, I didnt call the dealership, I shouldnt have to. Im just glad my vehicle runs well. I was able to fix the water leak in the hard top with a couple dabs of silicone, so that wasnt a big deal. In all, I cant give more than two stars. Would I go back? Maybe, if they had the vehicle I wanted and it was the right price and in the right shape, but I would be extra cautious on the purchase. From what I can tell, Im not the only one who experienced these types of issues (see other reviews). Case in point, while I was there a guy buying a Porsche noticed power steering fluid was low and the owner had to fill it before he drove off in it. Stuff like that shouldnt be overlooked, but it seems to be a frequent occurrence. Granted, the vehicle was sold as-is and it was up to me to check and make sure things were right before the purchase. That was my fault. What wasnt my fault was lack of follow-through from the dealership on the plate transfer. Did I get the vehicle I wanted in the shape I wanted it? Yes. Would I purchase from Denny again? Maybe, but I would go through the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb just to make sure it met my expectations before purchase; you should do that with any used vehicle. I am giving two stars on the review, because I expect better from a dealership. The guys and the owner were nice and cordial and gave me the deal I wanted, but the other half of that is follow-through and making sure the vehicle and the customer are taken care of. Despite these issues, Im happy with my vehicle.

The easiest purchase we have ever made. A completely different buying experience than anywhere you will go. An open environment with no pressure or commission based sales people. Very down to earth and involved in their community. They definitely take the time to thoroughly vet each vehicle they purchase and offer for sale. We have finally have found a dealership that treats you like a friend not just a number. We will be back time and time again.

My wife and I drove 4 hours to purchase a Z06 and trade in our Jeep SRT. The car was in excellent condition and our deal was exactly as promised (via multiple emails/phone calls) when we arrived. Denny and Charlie are car guys that truly enjoy what they do. If you come across a vehicle they have do not hesitate to contact them about it. We received a great deal, we were treated right, and love our new toy! Thanks guys!

Dealership sold me a 15 WRX STi with an online description of NO DAMAGE! They paid to fix the cracked front bumper cover HOWEVER they would not fix the lower Passenger side trim molding and Rear Quarter panel that had been damaged and touched up with a brush. Dealer told me this car is perfect - WRONG! Beware! A description of NO DAMAGE really doesnt mean squat!!!!!!!!

Great people, great atmosphere, not your typical car buying experience. I had a dealership I used to go to to get my cars, but they moved out of state, I have been looking for someone to go to when I need to buy a car and Denny Dotson is the place, they make the car buying experience easy. As long as Denny Dotson is around that is where I will go to purchase my cars.

Nice people, but cant be trusted. Bought a Hummer here. Title/finance paperwork was messed up, they left it up to me to fix it (not good at calling back). Got the vehicle home only to find it had almost no oil in it. Months later the transmission fell apart so I was forced to sell it for a loss. Dont buy from here without taking your own mechanic & banker.
