When moving our son Eric out to the Bay area from Chicago for his first job after graduating from college, the first stop we made was to Brook Furniture Rentals clearance center in Hayward. They had some great selections of furniture to choose from and the pricing was terrific. Francisco, the clearance center manager, was very helpful with suggestion and got our order moved through quickly. He scheduled the delivery for the next morrning and the Brook delivery team showed up right on time. The furniture came in great shape and they worked quickly to get it set up. We got Eric completely furnished in his apartment with better quality furniture and spent far less than we would have at other retail furniture stores. I will go to Brook again first next time we have a similar need.

Dont rent from these folks if you can help it! I was in temporary housing provided by my insurance company and arranged through #Klein&Co. The furniture was clearly used prior to it being placed in my temporary housing and they charged almost $200 for some minor blemishes on the furniture when it was returned after less than 5 months. I should have examined it much more closely upon receiving this rental furniture. BEWARE.

The Supervisor Marcos was very helpful in the Store very patient and explained everything so well. I got a lot of furniture in great condition for a great price. Hes Amazing very nice person. Recommend This Place .Very affordable.
