I am a young adult purchasing my first mattress, previously have had hand me down mattresses I decided good sleep is worth paying for. Went in to try out different styles of mattresses but didnt think I would be buying from Sleep Train because I expected them to be too expensive. Rudy started me on the medium traditional mattress, then soft, then firm, then memory foam, then hybrid, ended up liking the traditional best. He explained that the first best I tried was top of the line, and asked me my budget, then had me try a few more in search of one I liked within my budget. Came down to 2 beds, I REALLY liked the first one I tried (top of the line of course), but it was double the top end of my budget. the second one was under the lower end of what I had expected to spend, it was comfortable but with half the life span of the other. Rudy did some searching and was able to find a comfort exchange on the top of the line one bringing the price down 30%, but still above my budget. Then he broke it down with their 0% financing the top of the line qualified for 2 yr financing and the cheap one qualified for 1 yr financing and the difference in my monthly payment is $8 went with the better mattress with the longer life span and cant wait to have it delivered :) Thank you for all your help Rudy!

My husband and I went to sleep train this morning in search of a new bed for our new home. The bed we have is falling apart and wed rather not take it with us. We were helped by Rudy who was amazing at helping us discover what we need. We were very impressed with how Rudy treated us: he made us feel comfortable and that he was there to help us find the right bed, not to just sell us a bed. He even taught me a few things about how to get a better nights sleep! In the end, we found the perfect bed for us: a Sealy hybrid with the adjustable base. We are so excited about our purchase and we cannot wait to sleep on our new bed. Thank you, Rudy, for being such a great help and for making our experience so enjoyable! Thank you, Sleep Train!

I went in with my sister and we were greater immediately by Rudy. We told him we were on a strict budget since my disability stopped but I needed a strong mattress for my spine since spinal surgery last year. We had similar stories and he knew exactly what to show me. He worked with the price and delivery of the mattress to get to a price that worked. I am a believer that there are still sweet and caring people in this world that do still enjoy helping others. I want to personally thank Rudy again for helping, being so kind, and making my week so much better.

Staff in store very helpful and was very pleased with experience. When it came to the delivery of my box spring, I was quite irritated that the delivery people did not have boot covers to wear because we dont like to have shoes on our carpet. I did not understand why they would not have them since the guys that delivered my mattress the week before did. The staff that delivered my box spring seemed to not be a professional as the ones that delivered my mattress... Overall I was pleased with the product and the in-store experience.
