Zero Stars, really. NO REFUNDS PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE. Great friendly sales people and experience in the store but like another reviewer mentioned...the wheels come off the bus from there! Delivery and customer service are TERRIBLE. If need hardwood furniture...stay away. Upholstery should be fine. Things to know: (1) Delivery is terrible and not done by professional movers. There are different crews of people that rent their own truck and show up at a dispatch office to get a set number of deliveries. They are paid a flat rate for no matter how long it takes them. Every experience is different. (2) After 2 no shows and waiting all day and evening with no updates and 2x missing work, my third delivery attempt showed up at 9 p.m. - thats right 9 p.m.!!! After taking the day off work multiple times and being bumped from a morning to afternoon delivery - they show up at 9 p.m. I fell asleep waiting for them. (3) Watch out they have a NO RETURN policy if you have a problem - You MUST REFUSE all the items on the spot. If you have a multi-piece set it must all go back. It is all or nothing. I learned that the hard way. I am locked into exchanges or repairs for a set of furniture that has yet to be delivered undamaged. If you notice something is wrong even minutes after they leave your house late at night and because you could not see it..too late! I was misled by the driver who said I could call and they would send someone back to take care of me. At 10 p.m. at night after waiting 3x and 13 hours for them to arrive...I let them go so I didnt have to stay up til MIDNIGHT to have them take everything back. MY MISTAKE. (4) 4th Delivery/exchange attempt is supposed to occur this week. I dont believe getting undamaged new furniture in a timely manner is even possible. They already bumped me again from the morning to the afternoon. I am dreading another afternoon of waiting all day and evening to have a late night exhausted crew of non-professional movers show up with no updates again. I wanted to just be done but if you do not refuse it all due to any issues - NO REFUND PEOPLE. BUYER BEWARE. Dont trust the drivers who just want to get their job over with at 10 p.m. at night.

Ashley Furniture has great furniture, wonderfully and beautifully made. Its one of the reasons I shop there the other reason is the wonderful customer service. That is very important to me in a society where it seems no one can be bothered. Ive had wonderful experiences there with Ms. Lovely , Henry and especially Dan. I went to buy a mattress and a bed frame and we had been thinking about getting dresser drawer, a chest and other pieces but we werent sure. We walked in with a budget to spend a $3,500 and we left spending $11,000 which honestly is a great deal for everything we purchased. The main reason why my husband and I had decided to spend that much was because Dan was very informative he knew his product and how they were made what they did and didnt do and he explained the quality and value of each piece. When we were trying out the mattresses he took the time to get us pillows to get the full experience. I usually lay sideways on the mattress and make a decision but he said that didnt work so he brought us a pillow so we can have the full experience and I had no intentions of buying pillows and I actually bought two as well because, it went so perfectly with the bed. All in all we purchased all our furniture number one because of the great experience number two the quality of the furniture and because Dan gave us an understanding of the products that we were buying. Its an investment for us in our health having a great mattress and comfortable bedroom Im so delighted and happy Ive always been a customer for 15 years and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a bed from this store in February of 2016. It is now October 2016 and we have had the worst experience with having the bed put together the right way. After having the delivery employees out six times they finally sent one of their technicians who told us the bed was put together wrong the first time (In February) because they grabbed the wrong part to the bed. Essentially it is a wooden bed and they grabbed a metal slat support that went to another bed which has caused our bed to break 5 different times. Due to this wrong part being used we have experienced our headboard splitting, the rails splitting apart and our bed being completely uneven to the point where if you sit down on one side, the other side lifts up and tilts you to the point where you feel like you are falling. I have called customer support more times than I can count and have taken off work to be home six times for them to fix it. To this day we still have a broken bed. I called the store where we purchased this bed and asked for a refund due to all the troubles and still having a broken bed and the manager said "that is not our policy." I will never go back to this store and highly recommend that people go elsewhere if you are looking for a bed that is safe. I am appalled at the customer service we have received and lack of competence this company has. Truly the worst experience ever.

Very disappointed with customer service at Ashley. Her name is Kris and she has no decency and I must say unfit for customer service job. We pay for purchase, its not that they are donating their furniture to us. I bought furniture 3 months back and last week they schedule to deliver my product and after confirmation they missed delivery from their side. I called to reschedule and instead accepting their mistake and being nice to customer, she was rude and gave date two weeks later. I asked the reason, she said they are on holiday whole week. I was trying to ask why this late delivery since its been 3 months waiting and now they are on vacation again so its going to be next month which is again late. I guess we all can hear same as usual dialogue "Sorry we cant do that". Anyway I asked her the closest date and she gave January first week. Since I work evenings I requested her to give morning to afternoon time slot for delivery and very rudely she replied that they dont have option where we can choose time slot. After this I really lost my control because why the hell I am wasting my time behind these people and that too after paying a big amount. I hope Ashley will understand that losing a customer just because of their behavior not worth it. I am going to cancel this product and never see again them for future purchases.

I am not the kind of person to put reviews out here in social medium as bad as Experiences get. But I really want to help prevent people from living what I am going through. I decided to give my parents a Christmas present. I bought them a new bed December 19th. I was told I would receive the bed Dec 28th. Dec 28th I received a call saying I wasnt going to get the full order, just part of it. I was out of town so I couldnt do much but call. Since they wouldnt call me I had to be the one going after them asking when theyd have my order ready and complete. They wouldnt give a date. I came back from my trip a week later and went to the store to find out what was going on. I was told I was going to receive the order Jan 9th and got $75 back for the inconvenience. Jan 9th came and I got another call saying I wasnt going to receive the complete order once again. My parents have been sleeping on the floor since Dec 28th. If I would of known this was going to be so difficult I would have not gotten myself in this trouble of spending 2K on business that shouldnt exist. If you are reading this, I hope you take in consideration not going to the Ashelys Furniture Home of Lies.
