Salesmen and sales managers dont like to give deals a lot of the time! They are sometimes difficult to deal with as well! Tried to talk to someone about a trade in on a bike seemed like they werent interested which made me upset! Will be going other places for a bike purchase or trade in!!! The service department and clothing department is what saved this rating to 3 or it would be less! The clothing department ladies are friendly and willing to help and always ask if youre looking for something! But can get pushy at times! Prices are higher than other Harley Davidson dealerships! The service guys are great willing to help with anything that they can!!!

Absolutely a perfect experience. Traveling and had a flat. They got us in without an appointment and took great care of us. Only thing I wished that had been available was a shuttle service or rental bike. We had traveled to the Quad Cities for an antique motorcycle event, and the taxi from the dealership to just down the road and back cost us $80. Would have rather spent that in shirts and so forth at the dealership. But the staff was great. Brett the service manager was great. The bugs on my windshield were all cleaned off when I got there. The bike was clean. And we were back on the road that afternoon.

I have been dealing with these guys for over 12 years, and have purchased 3 bikes from them. I have never had any problems with Sales, Service, Motor Clothes, or Parts. I have over 200,000 miles on these bikes. They are well maintained by their staff. I attend their Wednesday bike night, that runs from 6 - 8 PM. A BBQ with proceeds going to various charities.

Not impressed. Showed up with a busted front wheel and the guys didnt even leave their service desk to come and take a look. Made no effort to help. Drove a few hours to Michigan city Harley where they actually tried to help and succeeded.

Weiblers is an expensive motorcycle place. Anyone that gas a Harley knows the prices. I like that if you want to store your bike over the winter you can store it there. They will also come pick your bike up and bring it back at no charge

Needed to have a small primary oil leak looked at. The mechanics looked at all the oil resoivors and said they wouldnt do the $300 fix. All of this was free of charge. Great guys too.
