Okay, so there already are a lot of reviews for 2BrothersPowerSports. However, I think my case warrants a review and should offer useful insight because of the neutrality of my situation. First off, I live on the east coast and I bought a used bike from a private seller in Wisconsin. I ran into a hiccup in trying to get this machine transported back east. It turned out we needed to get it to a safe and secure location where the transport company could have easy access and availability several days a week (we had no idea what day they would try and pick up). On a whim I called 2BrothersPowerSports and asked to speak to the manager. I explained my situation and inquired whether they might be willing to go and retrieve the bike and store it for however long it took to have it picked up. Of course, I was more than willing to pay for fetching it and whatever they felt fair otherwise (which turned out to be very reasonable). I’d honestly expected hesitation or maybe even denial, especially considering the private bike purchase had nothing to do with them, and clearly they stood to not make any real profit on the venture. Contrarily, and to my delight, the Manager (Ben George) agreed without hesitation and cheerfully transferred me to their Service Manager (Ben Greeno) who would take my info and set things up. During this time, since it was clear they were being especially helpful in this circumstance so I requested to have the bike checked over and serviced as needed while it was there at their dealership. It really didn’t need a service as there were so few miles on the bike and I have a dealership near me - but I really wanted to give them a tad more profit - if nothing more than for at least being so helpful. Within a couple days i was called and informed that the bike had been retrieved, serviced, and was really for trucking. Circumstances had it that It was a couple weeks before it finally got picked up. Once here in Vermont, the transport driver informed me that folks at 2BrothersPowerSports even assisted him in getting the bike on the truck and checked over! Technically, all they needed to do was tell him “that’s it, over there…”, but they didn’t. Again, it was more than they really needed to do - but most appreciated! In summary: I can’t say enough positive about the experience. Being from Vermont, 2Brothers knew I was very unlikely to visit their dealership, let alone go there for future sales or service. So they honestly had no real motivation to assist - yet they clearly cared and provided professional service nonetheless!

So here is my little rant... Being in the automotive industry this just struck me the wrong way. So I have a small little 125cc motorcycle called a Honda Grom did not buy it at Two Brothers Honda because one of my good customers owns a bike shop and he was willing to get one for me for a lower price and it was brand new with 0 miles on it when I bought it... Got a recall in the mail that I needed a fuel pump replaced on the Grom... I was required to take it to a Honda dealer closest one to me being Two Brothers... So I call them and say Hey I have a recall on my Grom just wondering if that comes with any service to come pick the bike up since there is snow on the ground I am not going to ride it there... To which the guy responds of course we can come pick it up that same day... They come and pick the Grom up with a full tank of Gas with Sea Foam for the winter everything is good! They call me yesterday and say that it is done and is ready to be dropped off... I say do I need to sign anything or can you just drop it off... To which they said well we need a check from you... Ummm a check for what?!?! For pick up and delivery total of $47.50 (I live 8 Miles away)... I was never told that at all once ever if that was the case I would have dropped it off and picked it up myself... To which I told the guy I will come pick it up but I will not pay for something I was never told about... Pick the bike up get it home start it to make sure everything is good... The gas gauge is FLASHING empty... Call the service manager and he says: It should have been refilled and I talked to our tech and he forgot to refill it... We are sorry but you can drive here and we will give you the gallon and a half of gas... Just poor service all around... I do not know if they treat me like this because I did not buy the bike there... I do not treat my customers different just because they bought something somewhere else... Thanks for not caring at all and I will be sure to tell every person thinking about buying something from you my story... Will never step foot in the door again... Next time I have a recall I will gladly take it to any other Honda Dealer even if it is an hour away before I give you guys the time of day.

Do NOT take your bike here for repairs!!! I cannot believe how incredibly awful this service department is. Initially, I dropped my cruiser off for an overall check up. This was on a Tuesday. I finally received a call on Friday with the results. Four days just to LOOK at it? OK. Their 40 point inspection pointed out that I needed a carb clean, new front tire, rear brakes, headlight and fluid service. Initial estimate -$560. Wanting to get in safe ride time I had them take care of things. I also mentioned that the speedometer was off (which they completely missed!) and they assured me that would be taken care of as well. Eight days later I called to check on the status of repairs. By now I am sure it should be done. Their answer...no work has even been started. When I asked why, they said it was because they were understaffed. Now in which way is this a reasonable excuse or my problem. I then spoke to the service manager who assured me it would be taken care of "right away". A few days later I got a call stating that I did not need a carb clean. There was only a loose wire to the fuel pump. Cool, I thought, less money I have to pay. So I asked if they installed LEDs which they said they did. I ran these to them for installation. Three more days pass and I get the call to pick my bike up. When I got there they acted as if nothing had been wrong with the time all of this took (over two weeks). I went to pay the bill and the informed me it was $740! Im not really sure how their calculations work but they were going to charge me more for late work and less of it than initially quoted. Now, after having ridden a few miles after this whole debacle, I find that my speedometer is STILL off 8-10 mph and that the LEDs are peeling off. WTH?!? There was no way I was going back there again after the last mess. So I cleaned up the LEDs myself and reapplied them and had a friend recalibrate the speedo. If I havent already mentioned it, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE when it comes to service.
