I say Good Things Come to People Who Ask!!!! So I had been looking for a bike for about a year.. last weekend 7/23 I was lookin on the ad listings from all HD dealerships in my area and BANG!!!!!!!!... there it was.. My Bike had finally showed up. And wouldnt you know it was right at my home dealer. GREAT!!!! Went over on a sunday to look at the bike and as expected Beautiful!!!. I talked to a young man there about it a little but being a sunday we couldnt talk sale..... I came back on Tuesday and theres she was... calling my name..... the dealership was very busy (as it always is) and as I looked at the bike many staff had walked by.... I have seen in these reviews that others were whining about no help from the staff....well, heres how it works people..... you have a mouth Open It!!!! So the next young man that was walking by was from the parts counter and I said "Is There Someone Who Can Help Me With This Bike".... he said yes and went and got Chris ..... Chris walked up and thats when it all started to fly..... Remember the old saying "God Helps Those Who Help Themselves"..... well its still true.... you want something then ask for it.... Chris walked up and my wonderful adventure started to unfold...... and a few hours later I was riding the most Beautiful FatBoy I had ever seen home...... and the smile hasnt left my face yet....... Thanks Lax Harley for giving me a dream I been waiting for and has now came true....... all the staff was great and when I "Rang The Bell".... everyone in the store including the customers were Happy for me ...so maybe one beautiful sunny day well cross each others paths in the wind and say hi. Until then always remember...... Good things come to people who ASK.......

These guys are a class act. Being in the sales world myself its one thing to see a sales department step up and go the extra mile but when youre merchandise department does so as well thats how you know youre all well oiled machine. That describes Lacrosse Harley Davidson to the T. I was in town visiting a family friend and Im from the quad city Illinois area. Love stopping at "far away" Harley stores to grab a few shirts with that stores logos on the back of the shirts. Nothing better than logos from far away places when youre riding local. I got the wrong size t shirts and didnt discover this until I was already home. Figured it was a long shot but called to see if I could do an exchange even though there was distance between us. Jennifer was more than willing and friendly from the first moment she picked up the phone. She did the shopping for me and texted me pictures of potiential replacement shirts. Was just as patient with me as I was her and it went smoothly. The extra mile, icing on the cake, I moment was the hand written card thanking me for my business ( on two t shirts not some huge Harley purchase) and my patience through the exchange. If these guys go this far for you over $60 in business I can only imagine what they do for those who buy bikes from them. Would highly recommend this shop to any local person or tourist wondering what bike store they should stop at.

Joe Labansky is my sales guy. Ive purchased 3 bikes from him. My brother purchased a bike through him (based on my recommendation). A friend of mine is currently thinking about purchasing a bike through him. As much as I love the rest of the staff at La Crosse Area Harley-Davidson, I actually make it a point to say Hi to Joe each time I swing by. That aside, the Motor Clothes department is always helpful. One of the associates even recognized my wife and I the other day and welcomed us back. She even remembered what we normally look for and pointed out that there were a few of the items we shop for on the clearance rack. Ive been coming to this dealership for at least 15 years and Ive seen some lows but the staff they have on hand is hitting on all 8 cylinders (or would that be 2?). Keep up the good work. And if youre reading this review because you want to find out who you should talk to about a bike, give Joe a shot. The guy puts in the work to make the purchasing experience as smooth and as enjoyable as possible. Respect.

On 8-6 we were on our way back from Sturgis, when I started having a problem with my bike. We stopped at the Harley dealership in Albert Lea, MN. They wanted nothing to do with helping me. So we drove to La Crosse, and barley made it to the dealership. We got there at 6:15 and they closed at 7:00. When we walked in we went to the service counter and Garrett Masyga was more than happy to help us. He also apologized for the way we were treated at Albert Lea. He got my bike in right away, got the sensor fixed and we were on our way by 7:00. If it werent for your dealership we wouldnt have made it home, witch was another 3 hours away. Whenever we get back in the area we will definitely stop at your dealership again, and let everyone know what a great experience we had. Thanks again for the great job and getting us home.

I recently purchased a used 2010 CVO from La Crosse Area Harley-Davidson. I live four hours away in Illinois and most of my initial interactions with the staff were through e-mail and phone calls. When the day finally came to pick up my dream bike, I was pleasantly surprised. La Crosse Area H-D has to be one of the nicest dealerships in the Midwest. Seth Tweedy was a great salesman to deal with, was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process which made this an easy transaction. Truly everyone at the dealership was genuinely nice, helpful, very personable, and a pleasure to work with. It was a perfect day all the way around, could not have been better! If I lived closer, they would be my dealer of choice. If I am in the area, you can count on me stopping by to say hello!

Got to rate the service and parts guys with a 10 and over the top. Some have complained that this dealer is higher for their service work. I have got to comment..... You get what you pay for......they will pick up and deliver for my service work due to my unusual work schedule and the bike always comes out detailed and looking like a show bike. There is no limit to what parts and service will do to make you happy....even upgrades that others say cant be done.......these guys make it happen and it is always done RIGHT the first time. They know how to make your bike run hard and they have the connections to get those parts to make it happen. I pay a little more I acknowledge but the value added from these guys is well worth a few extra bucks for the finished product.
