I took my rare sports car to Roberts to get my windows tinted thinking they were the best, but I guess not. Cool Cars did a better job on my wifes Honda and they were half the price. But the price doesnt matter when it comes to this car. When I pick up the car it looks great from the outside but when I get in and start the car its a different story. My dash wash beautiful gloss black and now it has a white resadue that they said would wipe off with water, well it didnt. Not to mention the streaks running down the front and sides of the dash. Well the dash aside, the passenger side window starts to roll down on its own, it suddenly does what it wants when it wants. Both window switches were filled with water. Their solution is to "bring it back in 3-5 days" just get out the door basicly. The switches aside, the tint its self looks good on 2 maybe 3 of the windows, the film has tons of little scratches that are very noticable and you can feel them with your fingernail. One of the scratches I can see daylight coming through. That is just unaccectable. Why would they let that go out on to the streets with their name on it. Peel it off and fix it, dont send it home with the customer. So this is Part 1 of a 2 part review. Lets see if they fix their mistakes. Chad is who I delt with and I hope he keeps his word when he says "well fix it just bring it back next week"

I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for a remote start. I dropped off my vehicle on a weekday and after 7 hours finally received a phone call stating it was completed. I was charged $100 more than quoted and was given no reason why. Then after asking about the one option I requested (rear defrost) I was informed the system I purchased does not allow this option. I was told to bring the vehicle back on Saturday at 9 am and they would remove the system they put in and give me a system that would allow for the rear defrost to be turned on with the auto-start. I was the first to arrive on Saturday and after 3 pm I was able to drive my vehicle with the new auto-start (being the last customer to leave). I was shown how to use the auto-start and how to turn on the rear defrost (by pushing 3 buttons all at one time) not as easy as it sounds since the remote is so small. I was then charged another $150 for this "upgrade." Had I been told up front that I could not have the rear defrost or that I would need to hit 3 buttons at the same time I would have stayed with the original system or called around to see what other systems were available at other installers.

Totally just got pretty womaned.... Me and the wife stop in to Roberts due to the great reviews and lack of competition. We just got a new Jeep and needed an ass kicking sound system for it. Went up to the showroom where there are no less than 3 sales people, we tell them we would like to look at car stereo systems, the guy points to the corner and says "they are over there". We go look, poke around at em for about 10 minutes without much success at getting any of the demos to work. Started looking around with the "please come and help me" look, no response. 18 minutes later we leave without so much as a thanks for stopping in. My wife and I like to dress comfortably and quaint like. i.e. we look like bums ;) Granted my budget for a sound system was only around $2,500 and I am sure this is small potatoes for an outfit like Roberts, but I cannot for the life of me understand why you would let a sale walk out the door.

New to online reviews, never left one before, but when I see people complaining about prices and not workmanship or quality, I have to respond. News flash, cheaper doesnt mean better or best, skill and expertise, thats what im looking for, cant pick that up at walmart or bestbuy. Been a customer for years, Roberts should be appreciated and rewarded, only place in town that still repairs factory radios, not criticized because their rates are higher than other places, how else are they going to attract qualified personnel and compete with the big boxes and internet. You get what you pay for, they wouldnt be in business for over twenty years if they were ripping off their customers, simple as that, and if they werent around because cheap people dont understand that high end small business gives us better stuff, more choices, higher quality, and FREEDOM, it would be a true shame.

Justwanted to say thatI have been dealing with the guys here at Roberts for several years and they have always provided me with AMAZING service and quality of workmanship - but today they really impressed me - I took a vehicle to them to have the windows tinted and while leaving them my business card so that they could contact me when it was finished - I unknowingly left my wallet - including all of ccs and personal information - within minutes of leaving I had a phone call letting me know that I had left it - that to me is impressive and I am greatful for their honesty - I appreciate that and I will continue to be doing more and more business with them as well as recommend them to anyone else I know looking for any accessories or tint for their vehicle - Customer Service to me is an 11 on a 10 scale after that incident! Keep it up guys - we need more businesses like yours!

FAST, Professional and Kind! I have never reviewed anything online so my experience must have been Awesome! The first couple times I came through the Roberts Show Room I was just fishing for information about the broken CD player in my old Jeep and about the keychain car alarm clicker that my dog chewed up. I am sure it was evident that I wasnt going to be dropping much if any cash. These guys had much patients explaining things to my clueless self. Today when I came in, still with my Hound Dog by my side, Austin, rolled up this sleeves and got to work right away helping this broke girl with her broke car stereo! I could not be happier, I have music in my Jeep and it DID NOT "brake the bank" The whole crew @ Roberts are great especially Austin! You know not standoffish OR pushy, just caring and informative!

Ive been a loyal customer of Roberts for 20 years. I took them my first vehicle in 1993 for a full custom audio installation, window tinting, and car alarm. Since then, Ive taken every vehicle Ive owned into them (4 total). Regardless of whether you want a complete custom installation, or are working on a budget, Roberts will find a solution for you. In addition, they have some mad geniuses working in their shop. For one of my installations, they rigged my car cigarette lighter as a stereo kill switch. Whenever, I handed over my keys to a valet or a mechanic, I simply took the cigarette lighter with me to prevent anyone from operating the stereo. Like I said, mad genius. Time and again, they continue to impress. Im not sure when Ill get my next vehicle, but I am sure it will end up at Roberts
