If their goal was to make me regret ever shopping here, boy, they did it. DO NOT buy anything here. I made the mistake of purchasing a tv here last year because it was on sale. I also purchased an extra year warranty. Within a week of bringing the tv home, I received a voice mail on my do-not-call list cell phone, telling me the warranty on my tv was almost up (it had 2 years left), and I should give them more money to extend it. I ignored this, but received a call the very next day. I answered, explained that they were not only wrong, but my phone was on the do-not-call list. They said they didnt have to respect the do-not-call list, because I gave them my number to register the warranty. I asked them to stop calling, and the telemarketer indicated they would. Yet, I still received no less than 7 more calls over the next week, all with messages about my warranty expiring. Again, I answered an 8th call, asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told that "they dont have a do-not-call list" but would make a note. I received no calls for 4 months, before they started pouring in daily, again. All messages telling me the warranty (which had over a year and a half left) was expiring, and I should give them more money. Once again I answered after several messages, and explained it wasnt, and implored them to stop calling. I received no more calls for 6 more months (until this week). Once again, telling me the warranty (which still has a year left) was about to expire. I took the hint that they would never stop calling, and blocked all numbers associated with them. I am in the market for a tv for our den now and would have checked for sales here, but there is no chance I will ever set foot in this sleaze joint again. They have no integrity.

I am rating ABC Warehouse with five stars due to their exceptional and professional customer service resolution provided by Teresa and Curtis. I encountered an issue with a product I purchased on 1/19/12 and Teresa and Curtis were happy to assist and managed the issue. Both employees insured me ABC Warehouse is an upstanding company and incidents such as what I encountered are rare. I am very appreciative for all ABC Warehouse has done to make my problem no longer a problem. It has been a long time since I have witnessed a company manage their customer issues and concerns in such a pleasant and timely manner. Dale if I am spelling his name correctly and Rob are great as well. Their was no limit on the sincerity provided by all these wonderful people and I am thankful for this. This is a company who not only prides themselves on delivering good business, but by all means possess no lack of communication, which is a strong point. As a customer, this is what I like to see from businesses, A COMPANY WHO VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS FEEDBACK. To existing customers and future customers to come, if you encounter a problem or concern, please speak with management at the store or follow up on their website via email. In the last few months we purchased refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. A few of the appliances had some scratches and dent in the oven door handle. The regional Manager Tyler stepped up and took care of our issues we had. He had sent us a check for the hassle. He also replaced the oven door by driving to my house personally and installing it for us. The fact he drives all over the state and out of state for his job and coming to our home to make sure everything was taken care of correctly is outstanding. Being in customer service myself this service that Tyler provided was remarkable. His communication and constant calls to keep me informed was so appreciative. Thank you for providing the best customer service Tyler.

They have some good prices if you can haggle them down. The best part about shopping here is the ability to talk them down a bit on the prices sometimes. The auto install bay hires guys who know their stuff well and do great work. The inside sales staff have all been there for years but due to their commission based sales, you sometimes get swarmed or talked to death for a sale. Some of their product lines are different than Best Buy or other locations even if it looks like the same model. I will definitely suggest if you buy ANYTHING from here, be sure you get their service plan warranty! Not because it will break but if anything bad happens, they will cover A LOT under that warranty! Saved me a ton of money in the long run!

I must say that the gentleman who worked with us was outstanding. We had gone to 3 stores and chose ABC Warehouse because the salesman knew his stuff and was so helpful. The price was terrific too. HOWEVER, I paid to have it delivered yesterday. I was called and told that it would be here sometime after 1 pm with a 4 hour window. We waited till 9:15 pm when they called and asked if we could have it today instead. They would come at 8:00 AM. Since we wanted to be nice and honestly it was late, we agreed. It is now 9:00 and still no dryer and no call. SO deeply disappointed. not sure I will work with them again. We have had to change our plans now for two days just to get the dryer delivered.

Poor service, went in and told the salesman we were just looking, after we asked for a card so we could call back with exact model numbers to see what they could so for prices, he walked away. From several isles away when we asked again if he had a card he said no, kept walking and said nothing more. Not the first time there with service like that. Wish I had gotten his name. Do yourself a favor, go down the street to Lowes, Home Depot, or Sears. Prices are way higher than elsewhere too...even after they sell you on this "magical" deal they promise.

I purchased a Bissel vacuum cleaner from ABC. A part broke. When I called to see if they either carried replacement parts, or could refer me to someone that repairs them items that they sell, mind you, this is after I told the salesman what part was broken, the salesman told me, "In most cases, it would be cheaper to replace the vacuum cleaner than it would be to repair it". I paid $89.00 for the vacuum cleaner. The replacement part retails between $5.00 to $10.00.

Went in to get new box springs for my king bed and they offered me a GREAT DEAL on a brand new king bed retailed at over $2300, they had it on sale for $999, I hesitated and he kept lowing the price... Got it for $500 plus tax!!!!! I LOVE ABC WAREHOUSE CANT GET BETTER PRICES ANYWHERE ELSE.... Thank you for the AMAZING therapeutic sealy bed it is SOOOO comfortable...

Just walked in not more than 20 mins ago. Walked the entire store with 4 salesmen just standing there. Was looking to buy some furniture and accessories as I just moved here with a new position. Not one howdy or can I help you? Very odd with me being the only customer in the store.? Maybe I dont look like a guy that has any $ to spend?
