Having issues with the protection features stopping the amp from emitting sound everything is hooked up right. Only time ive had an issue with one of the products. The in store audio installer guy tested it it said it worked but didnt even turn up the in store system to get it to pop and made it seem like a user issue i was kinda annoyed by that. and it took going through 4 people to finally get someone to actually at least send it to manafacture so i wont see it for another 3-4 weeks. i wish they could of just replaced it off the shelf. I love best buy and wont go anywhere else but this is annoying so itd thought i would vent about it. I bought everything else there with no problems. Computer, big screen, gps, xbox and all other gadgets and been extremely happy, just ask all "obvious" questions before buying big ticket items. from my experience that would be the return policy. :)

Horrible Customer Service and Staff!! Buyers Beware!!! Bought a Brand New Lenova laptop. After using one time it went dead. Brought it in and after 2 hours of investigating it was the charger. Manager said i would have to purchase a new one. After another 45 min he then said he would order me a new one. 4 weeks later it came in. Brought it home and it was the wrong charger. I called to have him send me the right one. He had an assistant call me and said i would have to buy one. That my problem was with Lenova. I own my own business and spend thousands of dollars a year there and every year Besy Buy Customer Service is fading away. They just put all the blame on the manufactures. If thats the case i might just as welll buy from the manufacture. Another reason just to buy from amazon or the manufacture. Good ridens Best Buy.

I bought a MacBook here about a week before Apple announced their price reductions and new models. I took my $1599 MacBook back to get the $1499 MacBook Pro as Apple allows within the 14 day window. Customer service at this store didnt even try to understand my situation. I was sent to the Geek Squad who told me Id have to pay a 15% restocking fee. After I demanded to see a manager when the Geek Squad guy told me it was "not negotiable", we straightened things out. This store has an excellent Apple staff. I walked out with a $300+ price guarantee refund, my MacBook and the promise of a new MacBook Pro upgrade when they come in. Be careful with customer service - they dont seem to like customers. And dont argue with the Geek Squad. Get a manager or an Apple expert staff person if youre dealing with a Mac issue.

the geek squad is a joke. my home family pc was recently brought in about a week and a half ago with posting problems they tested whether it was viruses or hard drive issues, with the test for whether it was hard drive issues they asked us if we wanted a back up of our hard drive saved to their cloud in case of hard drive failure and lose of files. they did this back up all 466.2 Gb of it and when we picked up the computer today and the hard drive was set to factory settings with only 21Gb of data. I would highly recommend going to a different computer repair store. My family has had other problems with buying bad unreliable blu ray players with 2 dying with in a year with bad customer service when asking about the problem. Ill never shop there again.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. My friend and I both bought Geeksquad certified New laptops. The moment we started setting them up we found that the wireless adaptors in the computers were defective, and that they had no cleaned the computer since the return. We literally had white cream smeared all over our screens. "Geeksquad Certified". Means nothing, great, a teenager just out of high school ran windows troubleshooter. Manager was completely incompetent. Tried to tell me he would not refund us because I was not nice to him, even tho he approached me as a pretencious old man. All of the staff at this location were rude, the lady in customer service was disrespectful and bitchy. Never shopping at this location again!

Horrible experience! Totally taken advantage of! Will never shop here again. Bought at tv, sound bar, entertainment center. So you know we spent a lot of money. They one gave us the wrong tv stand. It was marked one price, go back the next day and the tag is gone and the price is now higher. They knew there was a problem. Instead of telling us they sold us the wrong product. When we addressed it with them the next day the were only offering to take $30.00 off... Are you freaking kidding me?!?! RIP OFF keep your crap! Ill spend my money elsewhere and not be taken advantage of. Plus they wouldnt even give me cash back so I cant even go elsewhere to get a tv stand until the money is back in my account!

Customer service isnt the greatest. Theyre informative, but please do your research beforehand. Its great to get a second opinion, but I could tell the sales rep wasnt entirely sure what he was talking about. And thats when you can find someone to help. Most of the time, Im just walking around aimlessly until someone finally decides to ask me if I need help. Dont go to the Geek Squad for advice. Theyre more concerned with selling you their Tech Support plan than they are actually helping you and "consulting." Other than that, the store is well kept and relatively clean. I like their new DSLR area, and getting some hands on with the tech. Great deals if you keep your eyes open for them.

Purchased two computers, one was missing drivers and was unable to connect to WiFi. It was titled "Geek Squad" certified, though the certification clearly means nothing. I wasnt able to use the computer, and the manager refused to let me return the broken computer and receive a new one for the same price. The manager got angered and accused me of "disrespecting his employees" when I said the Geek Squad did not certify my laptop and ensure it was working. They mislabel their products and have poor customer service skills. The retention for customers must be terrible. Travel to the Best Buy in Alpine for superb service, they resolved all of my issues and were extremely helpful.

This used to be a great store. It seems theyve gone downhill quite a bit. I called yesterday to talk to someone in the store. I got sick of waiting and drove 15 minutes to the store, bought the item I wanted, and left the store before someone answered the phone. The funny thing is that there was only 1 person ahead of me when I called. Once I got to the store I noticed plenty of people standing around at front counter. I told the lady that answered the phone that I had already drove to the store and got what I needed and that 20 minutes on the phone is ridiculous. Her response: "OK have a nice day".

I had a great experience. I was looking to purchase a couple appliances I saw on the website and Haley was helpful and was able to assist me in placing my order right over the phone. She was knowledgeable and able to make things work and it saved me a couple trips into the store. I also found the appliances were the same price if not cheaper than the competition and they even delivered them free. It was nice not having to spend the money in my truck to go get them with fuel prices being what they are. Very satisfied and will continue to do business when future needs arise.
