The communication was very good, they kept me informed on what was going on with my parts, but when they called to let me know that the phone was done, I received another phone call in about an hours time apart stating that the camera did not work. That is all fine, but when I went to pick up the phone and wait for the new camera to arrive I found that the phone had other issues that were not resolved Good news is that the issues were as simple as a couple more restarts and all was good. The protective cover was still over the lens of the camera, but I assume they would have caught that if the camera was functioning.
