Can you give zero stars??? I had a couch delivered and the delivery staff left ripped cardboard in my driveway, scraped my porch, and broke my storm door. Worst part, they broke boards within the couch and ripped the leather. They said if I had a problem to call ABC Warehouse. So, I called ABC Warehouse. The manager Johnny offered to take $100 off if I "could live with it". I told him I wanted it picked up and gone. He said he would call me back when everything was arranged. I did not get a call back so I went to the store (30 mile trip one way). Johnny asked if their District Manager called me, obviously he had not (day one wasted). Johnny scheduled pick up for exactly one week away. I got an email the day pick up was delivered saying the pick up was cancelled. When I got home later that evening, there was a slip stating they tried to pick it up. I went to ABC Warehouse and spoke with another manager, Dan. Dan stated he had never seen an email saying such a thing. I provided him with the email and he said he "would look into it and get back to me". That conversation was five days ago and I have still not heard anything from anyone (day two wasted). They were scheduled to pick up their broken couch yet again one week later (which would be today) and I got another email saying they unfortunately have had to cancel. I will be calling again at 10AM when they open, but Im not sure why, it never gets me anywhere (day three wasted). THIS STORE IS OBNOXIOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Want to return my calls now Dan or Johnny?

I ordered a 3 piece sectional, glass end table, lamp and glass top coffee / cocktail table 4 weeks ago and was supposed to have it delivered the following Wednesday. 1st week the drivers wouldnt wait 10 minutes for me to get my house key from work, 2nd week they did not call to let me know what time they would be at my house (luckily my girlfriend was there) they only delivered the top to my end table and 2 parts of the 3 piece sectional. 3rd week after numerous calls to the store and emails they deliver the third part of the couch, the lamp and the base to the end table.... they forgot the coffee / cocktail table... also the base to the end table had a good size crack on the underside of it and the holes were drilled in the wrong spot for the glass top. Now week #4 and they still didnt have the coffee/ cocktail table on their delivery schedule and one of the in store workers is supposed to be coming up to my house in two days to deliver the final piece. This is my first time buying from ABC Warehouse and will definitely be my LAST TIME AS WELL.

Really this is actually Mickey Shorr for car electronics. I went here because I was having such a hard time with the one in Grand Rapids on Plainfield. Mike, the guy I talked to was very nice. He ordered the parts on Monday and they were in when he said. The starter was installed and it seems to be working great, although I just got it yesterday. The only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of more, was because they told me to show up early. Which I did before they opened and I was first in line. Yet they did not get my car in till after 3 PM - OK, I understand that they were probably people who left car overnight, but they could not tell me when they would get it in or how long it would take which, being from Grand Rapids I had to stay in Muskegon for the whole day. It was not done till 7 PM. But, most people who go here will probably be from Muskegon, so maybe waiting all day is not a big deal to them. Just be mindful, trying to get a car starter installed in December is not a good idea. Do it in July :)

Paid 800$ for full car audio install. Didnt finish the job after 6 hrs, had to make two 50 mile trips; to finish installing the subwoofers because they closed and didnt have time to finish, I had to install them myself(the subs)! I come back and they finally get the system and components installed I get home and the inline fuse by my car battery blew because the fuse they used wasnt correct and couldnt handle the electrical load going to my amplifiers. DONT PAY THEM TO DO YOUR CAR AUDIO, buy the components, go to a friend and save 600$ or go to a real classy professional car audio shop! Worst experience of my life purchasing something. Period. I wouldnt be ranting if I was satisfied regardless the mistakes. Im not satisfied $800, 200 miles drove, and my subwoofers dont work! I got taken! Its funny Dan told me if my car wasnt shakin, then I got taken. Yeah, taken by abc and mickey shore! Horrible, horrible, horrible. Period. Never going back, STEER CLEAR!

Getting radio installed in the truck. Good price. Told it would take about an hour at 1 oclock. Came back at 3 and to it would take about 30-45 minutes. Now its 5:18. Never coming here again. They dont even act like they care. So I received a call from them and they apologized and offered to buy my family dinner. We had already eaten. I come back today because the microphone for the hands free isnt working. They say "You didnt pay to have that installed". I explained to them that was the only reason I got the radio and they knew that when I bought it. He says " sorry the guy who helped you isnt working today". So theyre charging me to put it in. Oh yeah the guy who sold it to me just walked by. Unbelievable.

We have bought many items through this store and have been very happy! We had delivery scheduled for a fridge and range and 1 of them ended up being out of stock. A simple conversation with the manager and things were quickly resolved and we were very happy. This past week, we dealt with Joe on a TV and he was awesome-taking time to answer our many questions and concerns. We have worked with Johnny in the past and he even remembered us and came over to say "hi" and helped load the car. When we need appliances and electronics, this is the first place we go to and are never disappointed. We highly recommend ABC!!

Joe Galindo, Is the best helper there really is! Hes very understanding and always giving you advice about the store appliances , hes great at his job! And I would totally recommend asking for him!! Hes always giving you tips and other things to look at he helps you find what you need and he makes sure that you are happy with what you leave with! Hes my favorite!

Bought a frig and was told it would be delivered on Thursday.so I took the old frig out and put the food on the cupboards.then they called and said they could not deliver until next week. So now I have to try and Pick it up myself and put it in my house myself.lets see if this 60 yr old women can do it. Thanks ABC Warehouse

If you do the work yourself you really cant beat this place. The staff is always willing to cut you a deal. I bought a complete audio system for my car for around 200 bucks and it sounds great! Whenever I need multiple big ticket items i always come here and negotiate. I have never went away unhappy.
