Hubert Joly, Sitting at a desk in MN you may think that you have the right to say you take care of the people of this company. I believe its the people that take care of the company. We have met before but i dont expect you to remember me. Im here to tell you my holiday tale. Feb 2016 I covered my GMs bereavement leave for what should have been 5 days but turned in to 3 weeks. I was ill but stuck through it. My GM finally, and for reasons that are still unclear, stated that I could be terminated or opt to resign while I was sick. During this period of time I was in and out of the hospital and ultimately diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. I attempted to maintain my employment in any capacity, I desperately needed to maintain my health insurance/life insurance. After 8 years of working for Best Buy, running a 24million dollar store, top 10 in the company performance, and successfully being promoted to assistant manager there was suddenly no employment options in the companys 1100 stores. My GM gladly accepted a 10k bonus for my holiday quarter performance. I created a case with HRs Joan Ortman #0223066 from employee relations and got no response. Several attempts to contact her later resulted in me going to social media. Within 24 hours I received a call from a Colleen from employee relations who said that Joan was on a leave of absence. She went on to say that the Market team has closed my case without explanation. I had 184hrs of PTO that I wad never able to take because I was covering for my GMs issues. Ive fought hard and achieved long term disability through the Hartford despite efforts to deny me based on the dates of medical care vs leaving. I also collected unemployment after Best Buy failed to come up with a reasonable explanation for their actions. Im not looking for an employment opportunity, or a hand out of any kind. Im urging you to look in to store 1025 in Noblesville Indiana. I know what cancer looks like and Im positive they have a bad case of management tumors. Also, I encourage my friends and family not to shop at that location, and remember that Thanksgiving is a holiday that no best buy employee will be able to spend with their family. Happy Holidays Adam Cesnik Employee #551383

I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for many years. I will not purchase a single item from this place again. My warranty was taken off my phone without me knowing until I had something go wrong. Spent over 4 hours trying to figure out what is going on and they wont do anything to help. The phone is covered under the manufactures warranty but I prefer going to Best Buy because of the location(only apple store is in keystone). I have NEVER had a problem with this until now and I have ALWAYS had the phone protection plan for YEARS. They kept telling me well you were "notified". Wouldnt you think if I got the message I would continue the service as intended if I was in fact notified? I talked to over 5 people on the phone. Even told them I would go to Apple and get it fixed but if they could go ahead and add my coverage back in and charge me for any payments they did not recieve I would be happy. NOPE! MY suggestion is do not go to this store or any other Best Buy for your cell phone purchases. They are not transparent in the way they do business and I feel they could care less wether I was being taken care of. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

I recently took my desktop to the Noblesville, Indiana Best Buy to be fixed although I was certain that it was done for. The service and care I received was excellent. Brent did a terrific job and worked a miracle to fix my desktop. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Not only did he solve the problems with my PC, he helped to educate me as to why problems had arose and how to prevent similar problems from happening in the future. His expertise and advice were truly appreciated and I felt more like he was a friend helping me than a store associate. He is certainly an asset to Best Buy and I will definitely return to the Noblesville Best Buy in the future for all my computer needs thanks to him. Ken and Aris on the sales floor were also extremely helpful to me during my shopping experience. They were both professional, friendly, knowledgeable and made my experience at the Noblesville, IN store one I will not forget. Such excellent customer service is rare these days, yet the staff at the Noblesville, IN Best Buy make it clear that they truly care about their customers.

The sales guy from Direct TV would NOT leave me and my boyfriend alone. No matter how many times we told him we were not interested, he wouldnt go away. We were followed around the store the entire time and it was extremely frustrating. WHY do you have those people there??? Such a waste of time and it makes your customers mad! Also the cashier rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to look up my rewards zone number by my name, then talked down to me about what buttons to push when I was paying. Seriously?? I thought Best Buy hired happy, helpful employees who cared. This was a very frustrating visit and I will not go back. Why pay those prices for your store when I can go to Walmart and get treated MUCH better? Thumbs down, Best Buy.

Researching and buying a new TV can be daunting. Prices are coming down and trying to invest for the long term, 12 years or more, is no small venture. I have found the reps in the AV section to be very knowledgeable. Calvin in particular is on his game. He presented the facts and assisted me in making my decision. Going above and beyond, he took his own time to ensure that my selection was made available to me. Staffing enough help is an issue for this store at times. There have been times when I have had to hunt for someone to help me. I would also like to recognize the Samsung guy. He knows his stuff and listens to his customers. I would suggest this store to others.

I have to say i am very disappointed with the staff here. I came to make a purchase and the guy at the phone department turned out to be a liar and not to mention rude. How do you quote one price then when the phone arrives, up the price by $100 dollars? Shame on you Jeremy! And shame on the management for such a shoddy job of running the store. Run the customers right out the store why dont you! Now i know better....i wont be back and believe me, i will re-tell this experience to all who listen! Now that i have shared my story, three other people tell me the same thing, "dont purchase from bestbuy!" Shame! So disappointing...oh well someone else can have my money then!!!

We wanted a new home theater system in our basement and I researched for a long time. Best Buy made this experience a great one all the way around. Our sales associate, Justin, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Victor, from the Geek Squad, was very friendly, professionsal, knowledgeable and efficient! We will continue shopping with Best Buy and would recommend using Best Buy for your home theater system! By the way we went with the Sony projector and Elite white screen and its awesome! I couldnt decide between projector and tv but went with projector and wouldnt change a thing!
