Came to store to trade my 360 system in for a PS3. They took out all my attachments to the game system and then informed me they could not do it cause of the control had a different back. They put all my attachments back in the box except my control charging cord. No they are closed and my controller is dead. Thanks game stop

I like game stop but these broken games is uncalled for. They should check the games before selling. I took a game back today they swapped it for another (same game ) and the damn game still dont work. Im going tomorrow to get my money back. Come out better going to Walmart.

Ive been going to this GameStop for years! That being said, the quality of the store has slowly declined. Its not a bad location, just a mediocre one. The employees were friendly as usual!

When, I do go to this game stop it is always a big help. Also in turn being really helpful, they are also very comedic people. Which helps on a bad day! Great place to shop!

I got at least 2 broken games from there when I bought bf1 guess what it was broken their service is terrible Wal-Mart is better.
